    1. i have seen the waiters in the dinning room REUSE the water from ppl tabels! that is NOT OK! 2. no room at the hotel with one single king bed? what if we come for our honey moon? we need to get a room with two beds? 3.the internet did NOT work in the room. 4. ENA the new girl at reception, amazing!!! she is defiantly the best employ in your hotel! she cares for ppl she go beyond what you asked for, just amazing. 5. the entire stuff was just so friendly but not in annoying way. our friends stayed at CROCS right next to us which was a luxury hotel and they said the stuff was awful and treat them like the owe them something for staying there.. so i guess the bottom line its really come to the costumer service you receive at the hotel.. there for i will recommend this hotel in the future, just its always good to be aware of the "bed stuff" as well.

It was amazing except for the beach but the stay done their best above and beyond I will definitely fo bck its sure is Pura Vida. The food could change menu a bit but they do what they can with what they have . The beach needs cleaning also maybe it's not their fault but idk it's not clean at all.. liquor could be more options also and a bit stronger but other than that the room are not too big either but it's nice outside the rooms.

Check out Gray Line tours ( a small kiosk near front reception ) was very helpful in finding me the one day trips I was looking for. Free maps included. Friendly staff like Johnny the chef in the main dining room.. Good overall place .

From our warm and friendly welcome, it only got better each day. All staff were charming , friendly and willing to go the extra step. The Resort and pool were spotlessly clean and the gardens were immaculate. There was a huge choice of food each day, including, fruit, salads, side dishes of every kind, 4 entrees and a large dessert choice, including ice cream. Beverages, including mixed drinks, were included at 2 different bars, within the Resort. The beach was vast and never crowded, with plenty of beach chairs. It was a short walk into Jaco with its diverse shopping opportunities. We arranged two Tours from the facility at the Resort, which were both enjoyable, educational and gave us, with the expertise of the tour guide, a wonderful glimpse into the Costa Rican life style.

My family has been member of this hotel for year, so I have visited this hotel every February for years. I used to love it, but since a few years ago, every time it just gets worse and worse, and this year was just unbeareable. Infraestructure: they sure have stopped investing in this hotel and everything is OLD and malfunctioning. Elevators are tiny and scary. Doors dont work well and have huge gaps. AC Units are older and louder than anything you have seen. The room decoration is super basic and dated. Bad sheets, cheap and scarce furniture, tiny TV, etc. Food and beverages: this is the worst aspect. They now only use the cheapest ingredients they can find. No more natural cheese, only the sliced proccessed one, even for omelettes. Canned mushrooms, cheap meats, unknown brand liquors, you name it. Overall, it seems like they are doing everything they can to save the most money as possible, but still every year their fares go up. They are clearly cutting expenses on key aspects like the food and not investing anymore in the hotel. Really sad, it used to be a very nice hotel and I used to enjoyed it a lot. But this is now just absurd. The only positive aspect that remains is the nice attitude and service from the people who work there. Please use your hard earned money somewhere else, somewhere where they actually care for the customer and invest in its experience, not here anymore sadly.
