We have been coming to Turks and Caicos for eight years and have always rented private villas but decided to change things up this year and go to Seven Stars resort. It’s a perfect resort in Grace Bay with amazing rooms amazing facilities and amazing staff. I want to say thank you to two employees that were outstanding Charles on the beach and Sharick at the front desk.

    Disappointed

I came here a couple years ago and although I rarely visit the same place twice I really wanted to come back. The service has gone downhill and the whole experience was a disappointment. Grace Bay is a beautiful place and the Seven Stars property is beautiful and well manicured. I hate to ever write anything negative about anyone but I thought this was worth sharing as a resort that markets itself as a five star place. There is construction on an enormous Ritz Carlton right next door. Not the fault of Seven Stars but it’s worth mentioning that the noise really detracts from the ambiance. There is beeping, loud drilling as well as cat calls from the construction workers. It’s really unfortunate that the peaceful sound of the ocean waves is drowned out by this. I had an unsavory experience with one of the pool deck staff. He approached me on my third day and asked me what my room number was. Mind you I had been sitting there all morning minding my own business that morning and the prior two. I told him my room number and then he asked my name. I told him. Apparently that wasn’t sufficient so he asked me which building I was staying in. I said I couldn’t remember the name but it was the middle one. I then asked if there was an issue. He starts saying that I was lounging at the owners deck and that he needed to be sure I was staying there. I said yes I was and had been. I was the only one he has singled out. The rest of the guests were staring at me, none of them had been giving the third degree as far as I could see. I approached the manager on the deck and asked if I had done something wrong; why was I being lectured? I am a female traveling alone who is a little younger then the other guests and thats the only reason I can think of to be questioned like that. When you are paying the same prices as everyone else it didn’t feel great to be given the run around. In no shape or form am I entitled but would like to be treated like the other guests. The second day I was in the middle of a shower and the water just stopped running. The next day the water stopped working for a second time during my stay. I called the front desk and they said it might be a couple hours !! before there was any running water. Lastly, there have been numerous charges to my credit card that have been unauthorized. I won’t go into all the details but this place has gotten shady in my opinion. I am a reasonable person and get that things happen, but all of these things within a matter of five days is inexcusable for the rates this place charges.

    AMAZING !!!

After a horrible experience at a nearby property I moved to the Seven Stars Resort. This property & staff “wowed” me immediately upon arrival. The staff are beyond friendly & helpful. The grounds immaculately manicured. There are several fantastic restaurants & bars on site with the friendliest staff. The food at restaurant “Seven” was superb, which I frequented often during my stay. There was an adult pool which assured a peace & quiet experience. The property sits right on the beach, which I walked every day. Again, there is nothing about this property I didn’t enjoy. I’ll certainly be back & highly recommend to others visiting Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos.

We are staying at Seven Stars and having the greatest vacation! Daily highlights start with an amazing breakfast, followed by a walk on the pristine beach! Then we sit on the spacious adult Deck with its beautiful pool. EVENS has been our attendant daily and we have experienced above and beyond service. Pampered with food and drinks, but also moving the umbrella so I don’t get too much sun. So very attentive.

We just got back home and miss the seven stars resort! It was our first time both at the resort and in the Turks. When we arrived at the seven stars we were asked to sit and provided refreshment while they checked us in. We were then given a tour of the property as we were led to our room. The rooms are awesome, we had a two bedroom suite 1305, which overlooked the Deck restaurant and the beach. You could never tire of the views! We are most meals on property at Seven, the Deck and beachside service. Service was wonderful from the staff, we truly felt taken care of. There is another restaurant / sports bar called the Terrace. We had mistakenly thought it was part of the resort, but they do not allow you to charge the meals to your room.
