I never expected such a bad hotel from the photos. The staff even helped people on the street to try and scam us in to buying fake cigars. You really have to be aware. After the attempted scam we tried to report the staff and were told it was lies. Funny we never saw those staff again. The food was also inedible for some meals, we had one bite of a start and one of the main and after the main course we just left, the coffee was also bad, the room was tired and very cold inside. The staff were present physically but absent for service.

I have stayed here multiple times… Everyone says hello and is very friendly… The entire staff that I have encountered during my four visits genuinely care and want to help you have a nice time and be comfortable… Ezequiel R. Is especially great to work with… I see him walk the hotel creating guests by name… He has obviously trained his staff to follow by example… Great place to stay… top to bottom… pool to spa to lobby, it’s is all very well executed…

I had a fantastic time, nice and super clean hotel/rooms, awesome breakfast menu, nice sauna/steam room and spa, 24h bar, kind and resourceful front desk staff (thank you Belkis and Daniela ??), well located in Havana, very safe l, i will strongly recommend this hotel

It is indeed a very nice hotel,the best asset...the employees...stay here for one night ,wanted to give it a try and chose the Cosmo level ,honest opinion.. nothing special ,rooms was nice, the view not so much I was facin a very dilapidated building structure and partial Prado view,the executive floor or Cosmo level it's in my opinion a waste of money,no lounge or VIP room ,just a private room for breakfast only,that's it..I had my breakfast in the main buffet restaurant and it was very good and the service was outstanding,all prices are in USD,had a chance to use the gym and the attendant was very nice and professional,the view from the pool on the 6th floor is breathtaking,The whole Malecon and the bay area and el Morro castle...once again nice place but don't waste your money on the Cosmo level
