We just completed a 5 night stay at Grand Velas boutique hotel. I cannot speak highly enough about this resort. From the moment you arrive they make sure you all taken care of and your butler greets you. From there, they are only a text away for anything you need. Dinner reservations, extra pillows, excursions, etc. As far as hospitality goes, it was probably the most accommodating staff I have ever come across. The pool staff is amazing, always making sure you have a drink and adjusting the umbrella for more or less sun. We did have one issue with a dinner on the 3rd night, which was less than memorable. Without going into full details, we informed the hotel manager, Monica, about the issue and she was more than accommodating to us. She offered us a dinner at the private restaurant at Del Mar that is not usually available to Boutique guests, and it was fabulous. Additionally, she offered a private dinner for us with anything we would like, and just told us to let the chef know the type of food we enjoy. We declined the offer as the dinner at Del Mar was amazing and more than made up for the poor experience we had. I would highly recommend this resort. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience.

My family and I had another wonderful stay at Grand Velas over the Christmas holidays, however this time at the new boutique hotel. We have stayed at Grand Velas Los Cabos twice before, and find the restaurants to be excellent, the amenities and facilities equally excellent, but most particularly the staff are friendly and wanting to please. The accommodation is beautiful, and the value in our estimation is bar none. This time staying at the boutique meant a more intimate environment. The boutique has its own gym, its own restaurants, its own spa, however you're still welcome to use the main gym and restaurants. The food is varied and beautifully prepared. The setting on the Sea of Cortez is stunning, and the beach endless for those that like to walk. This year we were delighted to be able to actually go in the sea, as typically the undertow is too strong. Additionally, they organize lots of activities over the holidays, put on a spectacular New Years dinner/dance, and on our last night, if we didn't feel special enough already, they organized a beach dinner for us. We always enjoyed golf and deep sea fishing (particularly for marlin), and one day when we caught a yellowfin tuna, the chefs prepared it in various ways for us. There is no better All Inclusive resort in Cabo. This resort has incredible service, amazing food and beautiful grounds. Don’t miss out on the Shrimp Tacos and Ceviche at the Roca Poolside Lunch spot. I’ll be dreaming of the food until I can go back!

This was our second trip to Cabo and our second stay at this intimate and beautiful resort. It did not disappoint. Our 2 garden suites had beautiful views of the beach and ocean from the balconies, were huge with wonderful amenities, fantastic showers with the option of taking an enhanced vitamic C one. This time I took a soothing bath in the bath jaccuzzi on the outdoor balcony. We all loved the magnificent buffet breakfasts, the lunches by the pool, and the all inclusive dining options particularly Cocina with its artistically presented nouvelle cuisine and Lucca, the new Italian restaurant where we ate under the stars. My daughters loved the spa which featured a wonderful view of the ocean and expert treatments. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The sunrises and sunsets from the hotel were extraordinary and worthy of many photographs. Over all the hotel remains uniformly excellent and is highly recommended for adults who desire an all inclusive adult only, intimate and quiet resort of the highest standards.

This is a wonderful resort and so peaceful. We loved it being adults only. We will be coming back for sure. We liked this resort better than grand velas as it was smaller and no kids crying or running around. We still got to use the spa and eat at the bigger resort. We also had the best messages at the boutique. I only wish they offered better deals on future vacations to returning guests. It’s a little pricey. But all grand velas are. You pay top prices to stay here, but get fantastic service. We also used the resort shuttle arrive to and from airport. We traveled with our college aged son and daughter and my mother in law. We will be coming back for sure!
