The stay was great! Staff were very nice, rooms clean and quiet. I would have given a 5 star, except this morning at 3:45am, when an airport shuttle was supposed to be waiting for me, there was none! I couldn’t find a staff person for nothing!! I yelled, knocked on the manager door, went in and out the front door. No one was around. I had to last minute Uber or I would have missed my flight. I was assured by three different staff members that this was available and I was on the list.

Everyone here is so very kind and caring. Kimbarlee is the most amazing, she always made sure I had enough coffee. She is so compassionate. I have no complaints. Thank you for being so kind. Very clean. Always there when you need anything at all.

The food and drinks in this place have been amazing! Very happy with our choice of stay! Charlene was my drink lady for dinner and she was amazing! I have also loved the coffee every morning! Can’t wait to have another experience here next year!

I used the IHG application to check-in the day before and upon arrival had to wait ~45 minutes for the room. All of the lights in the room did not function properly. While room clean-up service was requested every other day, service was not rendered. I noticed the kiosk for airline ticket printout was not operational the entire time during the stay. The person I came to pickup from college was able to left early so he was able to depart a day early. However, I had the pleasure of paying an early checkout fee of one night.
