    My first 2 reviews on the Hilton were honest as I saw at the time. 3rd time lucky as the place has surpassed my expectations. We booked exec rooms all singing dancing etc. They were withdrawn and the lounge shut. We got rooms which I would say are on par and vouchers for far more than the exec lounge offered. The staff are a massive credit to the chain. Completely turned around and I’m so pleased we chose to give a 2nd chance. Here for another week in paradise and I’m loving it. Thank you and keep it up.

    This is my third time in this hotel not as good as it was. The hotel was full every time you went to the bar at happy hour they said all the time we have run out of draught beer. How can a hotel that big run out i go all over the world never herd that one before. i would say that’s bad management. If true then checking out said left my key cards for the hotel i come from to where going back waited two hours and they said they are still checking. It of a joke it takes no more than 10 mins to check. So went without it. Not happy this place is not cheap but it’s not up to scratch anymore.

    So after reading the negative reviews on here I was starting to get worried, I emailed the hotel to ask a few questions & they answered my enquires and reassured me not to worry....well we are here now having arrived 3 days ago, stunning hotel, with great team of staff, fantastic location with views to die for ! Yes it is expensive but the whole island is so do some research before hand to prepare yourself... Facilities at the Hilton are standard, the resort is spotless as was our room - would I return ? Absolutely, would I recommend ? Absolutely ! Are the bajan people unfriendly ? Noooo they just don’t fall over you & why should they ? This is why so many celebrities visit here so they can holiday in peace - nobody cares if your simon cowell or me or you....don’t let the bad reviews put you off this beautiful hotel & island

    Love, love, love this resort!!! It was beautiful and we did not want to leave! We booked this day pass thru resort for a day and just had to get our own transportation to the resort. Check in was a bit slow but worth the wait. We could use all the amenities and the pass included lunch and a drink. There were lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach (beautiful) and plenty of chairs around the large pool. You could rent a locker and the hotel provided beach towels. We would like to book a week here if we were able to go back. It was not crowded.

    I truly enjoyed this property. The views from my ocean view room were breathtaking. The beach area was well maintained. There was minimal seaweed. The infinity pool was my favorite part though. The larger pool was excellent for smaller children. They are able to walk in the first couple of feet due to the low level of the water. The food at the pool bar was amazing. My only negative was one of the hostess at the breakfast restaurant. Although the food was delicious, upon my first morning to dine in her attitude was terrible. Michelle greeted everyone in front of my friend and me warmly. We stood in line 10 min. When we arrived to the front she glared at us without speaking. I had to ask her if everything was okay before she would speak. She then stated we weren’t properly dressed. I had on shorts and a bathing suit cover up. Her demeanor and delivery were rude and disrespectful. No posted signage stated bathing suits couldn’t be seen in the dining area which is fine. However, the manner in which she spoke was unbecoming of the Hilton Brand.
