    We visited the hotel on the the 12th December 2020 The first impressions were good the hotel was segregated until guests had received their 2nd PCR test results The setting on the beech is beautiful However the service in that side of the hotel was chaotic and very disorganised. Food was cold when it arrived and we waited 2hours from ordering to the food arriving on our first evening, and similar in the next. I felt maybe it was teething problems as the hotel had obviously not been open long Once we were cleared to go the the main side of the hotel we had to wait 6 hours for the room to be ready despite the hotel being half empty. Reception staff were on the whole helpful with the exception of one individual who was rude and condescending which was such a shame. The hotel came to a stand still when there was a wedding, no service whatsoever. We only had the choice of a different restaurant once, despite being told there was a choice. Sometimes food was good other times less so. For the whole time we were there out room was never cleaned, fridge not topped up etc I raised this everyday, there was no response, only to our immediate needs like for water, we waited 12 hours one day for some toilet roll to be delivered. Every 3 days asking for clean towels. Some times the response was rooms are only done every 3 days some times every 2 however ours never was at all ! Despite asking to speak to someone no one got back to me until we were checking out when I asked if I could leave some feedback, reception told me just use trip advisor to which I said I would rather not as it wasn’t going to be very good. The general manager eventually sought us out as we were literally leaving the building. He was very apologetic having checked the issues raised about our room were correct and offered compensation if we returned again, which I did not want, the point was we had, had a really poor experience which could have been corrected at the time but no one was listening. I have heard nothing in the month since we returned not even a written apology so I decided to write this honest factual review

    We are(many times) returning guests and as always Seabreeze Beach House doesn't disappoint. Handling of quarantine guests was excellent. Can't say enough about this lovely hotel which is of course why we return time and time again. Thanks to our Seabreeze family for always welcoming us!

    We my family and I arrived to spend Christmas in Barbados and escape the British winter and everything this year has been about. We tested negative for Covid in uk and were then very careful but unfortunately I tested positive on my incoming test which derailed our holiday Throughout what was a difficult time the staff at sea breeze with their manager Leroy Brown have been amazing and I thank them from the bottom of my heart The sea breeze facilities are really good and in these times of enforced Covid protocols is a perfect choice for anyone travelling to Barbados. Their facility for quarantining pre negative test result do not confine you to a room as some hotels have to because they don’t have the facilities to do otherwise. You have access to a pool/sunbeds /a bar and restaurant which are seperate to those used by people who’ve received the all clear. You hardly feel restricted The standard of food in their various outlets is excellent and the variety of options more than sufficient for anyone even on a longer stay The beach here is wide and free of stones and safe for even the youngest walkers and there are 3 pools with one reserved for adults A varied activities programme including non motorised water sports continues for those not glued to the very comfortable cushioned sun loungers The rooms even the basic ones are spacious and well appointed and the deluxe wing with its suites facing the sea are stupendous and well worth the upgrade although I’d be happy to stay in any of their rooms Throughout it all are a staff committed to making their guests as welcome as possible and service would be with a smile if everyone didn’t have to wear masks to keep us and them safe I would award you 5 stars in every respect Sea Breeze and thank you mr brown and your staff and look forward to visiting in less challenging times for us all Liz Sochon

    Went on a staycation for Barbados Independence weekend. Paid extra for the luxury ocean suit room - well worth the money. Staff were fantastic from start to finish. Given the current covid restrictions in place, it was all done very well. Whilst room was not serviced every day as is usual, extra towels, refills for the mini bar etc. were just a phone call away. The hotel is on a fantastic beach, both bar and water sports staff were exceptional. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked to go back.

    Fantastic Holiday, Beautiful location and Amazing Staff

    I was a little wary of going at this time for all the obvious reasons but I have to say I need not have worried. We arrived on Friday evening 3 days after our first negative test. On check in we were informed that our second Covid test had been arranged for Saturday morning. We took our second tests and received the results back that evening so spent less than 24 hours on restricted movements before being moved to our booked room and to continue our holiday unrestricted. I have to say if the results took a bit longer I would not have been bothered as we were looked after so well on restricted movements. We had access to the pool but had to book a time slot. The restricted movement area was excellent, a lovely decked area with lots of really comfortable sun loungers around the pool and overlooking the Ocean. We honestly didn't want for anything we were served drinks all day and had our meals in the Aqua Terra restaurant with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. I would definitely not let a day or two of restricted movements put you off coming to this hotel. After being released we moved to our Ocean Front room which was beautiful, clean, had a really nice shower and large balcony with a great view of the beach and Ocean. The hotel was fairly quiet so service on the beach, in the restaurants and at the bars was very good, we could not have been looked after any better. The WiFi was excellent all around the property even on the beach. As the hotel was quieter than normal not all the restaurants were open every night so the choice was somewhat limited and as a vegetarian even more so. But after talking to the chef he was more than happy to cook me anything that I wanted. Service in the restaurants was excellent everyone looked after us really well but a special mention to Joeanna, Laura and Andrea. We had access to 4 bars. The bar staff and quality of the drinks are also very good. The bar staff are all very knowledgeable and happy to make any cocktail you want special mention to Steve, Marcia and Jerome but everyone we were served by was excellent. We love the beach at this hotel it is truly stunning. We did plenty of Kayaking and Sailing Oneal and Kenny in the water sports are always happy to help and we were served drinks all day by Chesterfield and Damien who I have to say is one of the most pleasant and charming young men I have ever met. We had an amazing holiday at the end of terrible year I could not recommend this hotel enough. We felt totally save with all the protocols the Barbados government and hotel have put in place.
