Traveling here during Covid=hard pass

Hardly any restaurants open, not much for entertainment, all in name of covid yet other hotels are doing all they can plus more to try to attract customers! For instance Steakhouse is only open on Tuesday nights. Mexican restaurant only open on Wednesday. If you aren't there those 2 days you totally miss out. This is not presented that way ahead of time.

Amazing staff!

Great hotel, even during COVID they have all the right procedures in place to make you feel safe and still be able to enjoy your vacation. The staff is incredible and the service is the best of any Mexico resort we have ever visited. Jorge and Sofia at the ETC office made the experience even better. They are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel special. Jorge is so fun and so welcoming. We can’t wait to visit this hotel again!

First all-inclusive. Great drinks, okay food

Went for 5 days in March 2020. Had a lot of fun. Drinks were great, bartender in the sports bar was the best. One of the bartenders in the bar on the south end (name is forgotten) gave us a ton of amazing shots. Buffet was okay, restaurants were pretty good. Rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms and ours overlooked the pool and still had an ocean view. Overall I’d give it 3.5 stars. Most staff weren’t overly friendly but not rude either.
First time at this resort. I WIIL be back!

Beatriz at the customer service desk was a rock star. She helped us immensely. Can’t thank her enough. If you try this resort, make sure to find Sabino at the beach bar. He knows how to take care of the guests. Even with all the Covid restrictions, I highly recommend this resort.
Travel Agent Feedback: Great Option and Great Value

This option was booked for a last minute getaway. Mindful that we are turning the corner from COVID, we were/are prepared for some services to be limited. However, most amenities were open and available. The Staff did indicate (at check-in) that an upgrade was required in order to get room service. Overall great experience with staff Heads-up... The rodents (agouti) that are on every beach in Mexico are on the beach. Don't panic - just be aware. If you have never traveled, these can be off putting. But... don't let them ruin your travel experience! I did send an email to the Front Desk / Reservations prior to arrival. I did NOT receive a response from the Desk.
