The staff was so great Isabel Elsy Ariana Karla and Yadira was so kind and welcoming and my kids loved them! They made the trip so enjoyable and my child did not want to leave lol. They took them for lunch and dinner and made crafts and played many games

We came here for a 4 night stay with our 12 month old and ultimately enjoyed our experience with a few exceptions. It delivered on cleanliness was family friendly with a beautiful calm beach and pool for the baby. We also did not want to share a hotel with spring breakers and that was a plus. The food was PHENOMENAL (great Mexican cuisine we went back 2x and a steak house that was outstanding!) and all wait staff were excellent, professional and kind. S/O to Angel for delivering exceptional service while on the beach. He remembered what drinks we liked and had them ready for us without even asking. Also S/O to our server Abraham who was so charming and strategic in delivering our food to our room after the baby was having a meltdown in the Mexican restaurant one night and we had to leave early. If you’re traveling with little ones be sure to get out there early to claim a spot with an umbrella. We learned the hard way that people get down to the beach/pool super early to lay claim to the seats with umbrellas. I would have given this place 5 stars if it were not for all of the upselling which took place from the moment we landed with our Amstar rep, to the front desk who told us there were rooms with a balcony available but instead of just upgrading us explained that it would be an additional 40 per night. Her warm tone changed when we turned it down and opted for the room we already paid for. We also received 300 dollars worth of spa vouchers after attending a sales pitch at a sister hotel, however the day I signed up for a massage for my husband and I, we were told that we owed a balance of 78 dollars. Then I was being offered other services at an additional price for hydrotherapy and use of some “special” oil during the massage for another $25. All the upselling was taking away from the experience of being able to simply enjoy the fact that we paid thousands to get here already. Nonetheless, we tipped the staff well who took thoughtful care of us and still had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean albeit some repairs needed like a leak near our sink. We slept great! Quiet and comfy even with the nightlife occurring outside our room. I would book here again for the sheer fact that the food was great, servers were excellent, beach was fabulous and there were plenty of activities for kids. I would just be wary of all the selling that takes place here from the moment you step off the plane. Buen viaje!

If you are looking for an all-inclusive in the Cancun Hotel area that has the best beach and best location (close to shops and yet not to busy)...

5/5 a tip goes a long way here both bar staff and cleaners. Entertainment is great things throughout the day and into the evening. Food is incredible there is always something for everyone as well as happy to add or remove items as requested. Thank you to Manny and Angelo and the rest of the entertainment team

We really enjoyed our stay this past week. In particular, the staff was incredible. They were extremely attenuative and made us feel very welcome. The activities staff was amazing and always kept us interesting and going at all times. Manny, Manuel, Angie and Angelo ran the show and were great at getting participants and participation.
