Super super great service ! Our hostess Cinthia was amazing ever day’ lead by the main cap. Samantha she made us feel at home every single day! We will 100% be back again! We went to all restaurants and every single one had amazing service, they all knew are name after about 2 days. 100000% recommend!

Spa experience was great! Bertha, the valet in the hydrotherapy room, was very helpful and kind. Alejandro gave me a great deep tissue massage. Highly recommend the spa. But I wish the rooms were quieter. Nightly entertainment in the lobby was incredibly loud inside the rooms. The hotel needs to invest in noise proofing .
