Enjoy a lot our visit to zilara; every one in the staff gave us a great service making us feel like home, in special Sergio at the beach bar and David John of the bell boys area both did an incredible job. Fully recomend this hotel.

Charly And The Bands At Bar Were,Great! Ivan At Pool And Cabanas, Sergio And Angel At Mini Bar, Julio The Manager At Maria Marie, Samantha At Lunch, Eduardo At Bar, David And Javier At Pool, Pedro At Punta Vista, Valdemar At Punta Vista ! Victor And Memo At Maria Marie, Carlos Martinez At Restaurant Espuce, Leonardo, Ivan David Sebustian And Marcos! All Of You Amazing Staff, Thank You ????????????

Beaches are extremely clean and enjoyable. Staff is so nice and friendly, drinks and food are great! Looking forward to coming back soon. We particularly enjoyed how easy it was to schedule transportation to and from the airport through the front desk. Made our trip super easy and stress free.

At the Zilara we always feel like we are surrounded by family! Arturo always greets us at breakfast with a smile. I usually get the same thing for lunch and he remembers everyday! Diana and Luis are world’s best fitness instructors! I love their classes and usually take at least one daily. Eloisa and Reyes, the cabana servers, have been around for years. I love them so much! They are truly amazing! Zilara would not be the same if I came and they were not there! Ivan is the absolute man!! He makes sure I have a cabana each morning and never misses an opportunity to clean my sun glasses! Juiro and Eduardo’s swim up bar drinks are always so delicious! If you don’t know what you want they have a million suggestions. Every single person that works at the coffee shop is a top level barista! They know every coffee drink there is and put the cutest pics in the foam that you have ever seen! My number one favorite person to see when I visit Zilara is Ligia. Her genuine smile warms my soul. She is amazing! All of the people that I have mentioned above truly put 110% effort into their jobs, going above and beyond, to ensure that everyone that visits has the best time!

The place was falling apart. Shower knobs that kept falling off. Spalling concrete, Tiles broken in walkways. They were working on fixing things when we were there - so it was an almost non-stop ratcheting and hammering, like at an auto mechanic. BUT, all of the staff were amazing. From the maid service to the lifeguards, to the intake/outtake staff, the concierge, the bartenders. Honestly, I can't think of anything they COULD have done better. I would not return under any circumstance, due to the place falling apart - But on my next trip to Cancun I can only pray that the employees there are as good as they were here.
