Our room was dated but well appointed, clean and a good size. Our only issue was the air conditioning was loud when it came on and there is some street noise. There is a nice rooftop pool with comfy loungers , a hot tub, lounge area and BBQ. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and many eating spots. I think it is a good value for the price you pay and I would stay here again.

We were greeted with a friendly aloah when we arrived at the front desk. The clerk, Christieann welcomed us by name before we even said anything, and continued doing so for our entire stay. Great view of the beach. Room was comfortable with nice soft beds and a large bathroom. Rooftop pool and hot tub were used daily. Walking distance to the beach and other amenities. Would recommend.

Excellent location. Nice views from the 28th floor. Close to restaurants, markets and shopping. Bus stops close by.

I went with the 4-stars as there were few areas where the Hotel could have done much better as listed below .. - Kitchen : While I appreciate most of the stuff provided in the Kitchen, few obvious ones like no spices including any salt or pepper given. In the cutlery, no scissors. and in pots & pans, nothing that could be used in the Electric Oven - Frontdesk : No water dispenser at the lobby for the guests. When I asked for it, the staff suggested to drink from the kitchen faucet but it tasted awful. There are several properties in Waikiki that offers running drinking water dispenser so why not this property too? - Bedroom : There was no Air-conditioner in the Bedroom. Guests must make note of it. I dont think this was explicitly mentioned at the time of reservation. Fortunately it did not get so hot during our stay otherwise we would have regretted booking a Non-A/C bedroom. Fans provided in the bedroom was adequate during our stay but it wont be for some guests and during the peak summer season. - House keeping - 5-star's. We called them couple of times during our stay and the response were godspeed so I will certainly give them 5-stars. Overall, it was so great. Rooms offered great views, close proximity to the beach, just a min of walk. Full kitchen made a huge difference to our stay as we were vegetarians that could cook our own food. Parking situation is pretty tight but not much to complain

We stayed at 19th floor, ocean view 1 bed room. The room is very clean and comfortable atmosphere ! The view from the top of the pool is magnificent ! We want to stay same type of the room next time (^^)
