Our 1 BR apartment was lovely, beautifully decorated, with lounge seating for 4 and dining seating for 4 also. Huge comfy bed. Separate spacious bathroom, nice little kitchen area with full size fridge. Super fabulous view from 9th floor! Very effective AC and several ceiling fans. Heaps of lights, but finding the switches a bit of a mission! Staff obliging and helpful. Location perfect, direct access to Waikiki Beach, and so close to Waikiki shops, bars and restaurants.

After Disney Aulani’s Valet damaged our rental SUV, (and we were treated rudely by two Valet guys,) we were so disenchanted, we left Aulani early and extended our stay here. So glad we did! We were in condo #1406: the views are AMAZING! The ENTIRE west-facing side wall is sliding glass doors, so we had panoramic views of Waikiki beach and sunsets day & night. We sat outside on the lanai to greet the day with Kona coffee as pairs of graceful White Terns flew every morning just for fun, swooping, looping and dancing together in the clear blue skies. On other side of condo, the view out kitchen window above sink is of Diamond Head. Of course both views are mostly of ocean so lots of surfers, boats, outriggers, parasailing, snorklers, etc. The A/C is remote controlled and works very well. No weird smells - no mildew, chemicals, etc., (we’re super-sensitive to odors.) Beautiful full kitchen, fully stocked. Cool tile floors throughout. Loved using the stacked W/D in bathroom - so nice to have clean towels & clothes on demand! Housekeeping picks up your garbage daily & will replenish supplies like TP, paper towels, tissues, etc., but no maid service. We liked the privacy that provided us - made it feel like OUR home. Nice bath/shower combo, too. Matresses were very firm, but several nice fluffy-squishy bed pillows. Sofabed was Ok for my daughter with extra foam pad ontop. The front desk staff were great: Kamakani, Ryan, Rochelle — all so sweet & helpful. Manager, Kenny, is so nice and accommodating. (We had a problem with a male housekeeper but Kenny resolved it quickly and courteously.) Two elevators and rolling luggage caddys make it easy to schlep your bags and groceries. We decided to forego a rental car after Aulani Valet incident, so we walked nextdoor to Outrigger for drinks and dining. Live music and a hula dancer in their open air bar was dreamy. The first floor of Waikiki Shore has stores, shops, snorkle rentals, etc. we got shave ice, sandwiches and water shoes down there. Beach is steps away from the lobby - but yea, it’s Waikiki, so not great snorkeling unless you take boat out to reef, (although I did see a Humuhumunukunukuapua’a!!! They’re shy so that was a big treat!) The bummer was how frequently sirens from police & ambulances pierced our ears — probably 5 a day/night. Not idyllic! But we would stay here again if we ever needed to stay in Waikiki. Oh, nightly rates are very reasonable, plus one-time $200 cleaning fee.

Amazing Views - Waikiki Shore by Outrigger!

Had a penthouse suite here with the most fantastic views of the beach and island and the weekly fireworks on a Friday. The apartment was clean and comfortable and fully equipped with kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, lounge, dining room, bedroom and balcony. Very comfortable. These are the only condos on the beach and are centrally located for all the attractions and numerous restaurants and bars. The only shock horror was the mandatory cleaning bill of USD230 at the end of the holiday.

I stayed in the Penthouse on the top floor in unit 11 and its was terrific. Great view of the beach and the Hilton for fireworks on Friday. Mine was a 2 bedroom unit, very clean with a nice balcony located right off of Lewers st. close to all the action, at night it is very quiet. They have parking for a fee and provide towels for the beach, they have no pool but share a pool next door with the Reef. No maid service but they do come and change towels if you call, there is a cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Very clean, and i would stay here anytime.

We rented a condo for the family here. It is right at the end of Waikiki Beach, next to Fort DeRussy. A perfect spot for the family. The beach is not too crowded, they have plenty of fun rental items, easy walking distance to everything and the units are beautiful! There is a snack shop downstairs and just steps away is the perfect beach side bar for sunset and drinks! The staff is very friendly. Security is well done. We will stay here again.
