We stayed last May 2019. It was amazing experience. Room is big and clean. Soft bed and fluffy pillow. Room was operated by tablet and have amazing view of Las Vegas. Breakfast was so good and delivered on time Hotels in Las Vegas in general are huge! You might get lost inside the hotel. ??
Will NEVER stay here again

We will NEVER stay here again. I’ve never been to a 3 star hotel with an experience like this let alone a 5 star hotel. First night we got in I pulled back the sheet and saw a blood stain on the sheets (pictured). Room has clearly not had a deep cleaning in some time as there were stains on the walls and the carpet was dirty along the baseboard and around the furniture. We tried to make the best of things but when we asked a staff member where we could arrange for an Uber pickup he was incredibly rude saying, “Well where did you have them pick you up?” The problem is the Aria doesn’t allow for pickup at the main entrance and it’s very difficult to find the area where it is allowed. He refused to help us find this area. We ended up having one kind Uber driver come by the main area quickly, taking a chance for us, just because we couldn’t get any help from anyone at the hotel. Our Uber driver back showed us where the pickup area was so we would know for the next day. For $600 per night it shouldn’t be this difficult, and I’d think a clean room would be at least a basic service.
