We booked this place over the phone. Paid one price got here and had to pay more. Got up to the room, it looked like a cheap motel. It smells like one too, no iron, no trash bags, hair on the sheets, no bedside plugs the list can go on.
Stay away from the north tower.

My previous stays at this property were in the central and the select rooms that had a small refrigerator and nice bathrooms. The irony is that when I stayed previously it cost between $82.00 and $300.00 this crappy room cost me 750.00 for 2 nights.

Everyone at STRAT have been SUPER FRIENDLY, courteous, everyone's smiling and everyone look like they're having a GREAT TIME. I'm happy to be among happy staff and happy guests. Thanks to EVERYONE at STRAT! ??????

Our room was clean. Everyone nice and help full. No complaints. The staff is on it cleaning and disinfect everything. Sad that people out there complaining that no one cleaning. I highly doubt them. Keep up the great work their some of us out their that appreciate your staff efforts

It was first time staying here at the Strat. The staff were nice and helpful, we got an upgrade and stayed on the 24th floor. Our room was clean and nice. There were precautions that were taken of course due to COVID but everything was maintained in order and overall my husband and I had a great time! I will definitely be coming back and getting a room here!
