It’s like everything went wrong once we got there. It was so windy that it was very uncomfortable to be at the pool or by the restaurant. México is know for the quality and warm of the service. But this place felt like we were in Siberia. People were so cold and inconsiderate. We got the worst waiter and forget about the quality of the food. We felt like they didn’t want us to be there. It got so bad that we left a day earlier, even if it meant paying one night stay penalty. One more thing they never answer their phone at the reception. Overall a pity since they can do so much more with the place.

Beautiful location with private beach. Nice golf course. However, rooms could have been cleaner and staff more organized and more customer service oriented. The parking is limited with an overflow lot that has one exit. When parking is tight that exit is blocked and the people in the overflow can't leave until someone in the main lot leaves.

My friend and I stayed him twice in a week with a break in between the two stays as we visited other parts of Mexico. Our first room was on the 3rd floor facing the bay. It was great to be able to leave the sliding balcony doors open at night to get a cool breeze and sit out on the tiny balcony the next morning for coffee. Our next stay was on the first floor which was the exact same setup as the upper floor rooms, but we didn't want to sleep with the sliding glass doors open for safety reasons. We had a double room which had a mini fridge and a small coffee pot. The bathroom is big with a walking shower. There is a restaurant on site that is open only for breakfast. The hotel is close enough to a couple of restaurants that are an easy walk.

It's a beautiful hotel with an amazing view to the ocean, the service is so nice and the staff is very friendly, there is a Spa at the end of the hotel and you can play golf also, you will love this place if your visiting Loreto, there is a season where you can see blue Whales, please do not forget to drink a Margarita

The property is very basic. Nothing warm or inviting about the environment. It absolutely needs an upgrade! The rooms are in disrepair. Our first room had no warm water. Our second room had broken fixtures and the maintenance crew was angry about being called to fix things and when he did come to make repairs they were not done properly. The maintenance and security staff were RUDE beyond belief! They started moving furniture, making repairs, yelling and throwing things outside our room at 7:00 am on Sunday morning. The only thing nice about the place is the front desk staff and MOD.
