    I am trying to organise travel for my son due to a family emergency. I booked the hotel room for overnight between flights and then discovered in the small print that he would need a credit card to check in, even though I had paid for the booking. He is only 20 and does not have a credit card. I called to see what I could do and was told they would not accept a authorisation on my credit card. They would not accept cash, they would not call me upon his arrival and let me provide my CC information so he could get in. They could offer no solution but to get him a credit card. Thanks Hilton, I will never try to stay in any of your hotels again.

    I just stayed for one night and check-in process is fast. Due to the covid-19 paramedic, the hotel restaurant, fitness center are closed. There is a cafe opened 24 hours to allow you order for food, drinks and snack! The pool and business center are still opened for the hotel guess, you can print out your required documents for boarding there without charge (only for hotel guess) It's location is pretty good, closed to Cral's, Denny's and a gas station - 5 mins walking distance! Basically most hotels nearby the LAX are offered shuttle bus between the hotel and airport. You just need to go the arrival floor and find the red sign "hotel & private parking shuttle" every hotel shuttle will stopped for pick up the hotel guests.

    Not what it used to be!

    We stayed on thee 12th floor and from the moment we walked off the elevator we smelled smoke - and that’s with a mask on. Not fire kind of smoke - CIGARETTE smoke. It is old and not fresh in anyway. Although we got a very sizable room, the room was hot and stuffy! Also Smokey smelling! On the plus side clean. Everything else old. I’d look for something close by with a newer build next time.

    I booked this hotel expecting to only pay $126 for a night and end up having to pay $179 for a night smh. They charge $30 for SELF parking and the parking spots are really tight and garage is not spacious at all. Vending machines also charge $4 for a bottle of water. Ridiculous. Never staying here again.

    Forgettable. Nothing special. The property is in need of renovations, especially in the rooms. Major issues with the transportation to/from the Airport. The hotel shuttle is always late (it has been this way for years). Unfriendly Staff. The smell of weed permeates the corridors. The firsts impression is no different from the last: a bad one.
