    Laura and Ricardo for a personal butler’s they were fantastic they have the biggest hearts and they were there to please us they treated us as if we were royalty Emmanuel was the director of hotel operations and he was one of the nicest man you would ever meet took time out of his day every time he starts to say hello welcome and even when we were leaving and Ramon who took care of us at breakfast and to all the staff that took care of us they were just amazing one of the best vacations ever they take good care good care of youths k you again for such a special time

    Grand Velas is the #1 in cabo for a reason. From the bottle of champagne waiting for me at check-in, to my two butlers available 24/7 by text message or WhatsApp to the checkout feedback form, every detail of the stay is accounted for at Velas, and if anything happens they will truly do anything to make it right. I stayed in a Wellness Suite, had a fantastic massage (included with the $400 spa credit), ordered a ton of room service and just chilled out. The food is the best I've had at an all inclusive resort, they'll even bring you sparkling wine (champagne is extra), everything is really fresh and you can tell it's cooked by a good chef. The only "note" I can write in this review is the HDMI function on the TV is programmed to turn itself off every 20 minutes. So if you want to stream your own movies or work on your laptop using the TV, you have to click the channel up botton, click back to HDMI and click OK to turn it back on. For some reason at midnight on my last day it completely stopped working. So this is a little annoying, as doing this every 20 minutes takes me out of the "flow" state of my work. Velas is so on it I'm sure they'll address this, but in the meantime use the channel up and back hack, that's the fastest way to get back into the HDMI mode. All in all Grand Velas is amazing. Don't hesitate to let the staff know what you're really looking for in Cabo, they will do everything in their power to make it happen for you. This alone is worth staying there. In a town known for top level service Grand Velas is on another level. A special thank you to Antonio, and Jocelyn who impeccably handed a few issues I had during my stay in an absolutely classy way. I wish the GM of a few other properties in Cabo would come to stay here - they would learn a few things for sure!

    My wife and I went to Grand Velas for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The facilities were beyond beautiful, immaculate, and the rooms were excellent. The two highlights of the trip were the food and the service/staff. As for the food, my wife and I didn't have a bad meal the entire trip, that is rare for us to begin with, much less at an all-inclusive resort. Regarding the staff and their service level - what can I say? You get what you pay for, and that is a 5-star experience. I want to specifically call out Emanuel, who led our wine and tequila tastings; he truly made it special for my wife and me, to the extent we felt like family.

    Our trip to Grand Velas was nothing short of amazing. Laura and Adrian were our concierges and were so helpful. This was our first trip to Cabo and they helped us with everything from setting up an ATV day to helping us find a drop off point for our Uber when we went into town. They always checked in on us to make sure we were having a good time which was great since this was the first time we had ever been at an all-inclusive resort so we didn't quite know the ropes yet! My boyfriend and I also got engaged during the trip and they were so helpful setting everything up behind my back lol. The food was great and the waitstaff was so nice and fun to chat with. We loved talking with Edgar, Ivan, Victor and Bernice. They were all so sweet and helpful and recommended us many things to try during our stay. We loved walking into a restaurant and they would recognized us and remember things like how one of our group would always drink a ton of water lol. They ended up feeling like friends during our stay. Overall, this trip was amazing. The landscaping was perfect, as well as the pool and hotel rooms. We had a few issues with our room like the tub not filling, but maintenance came and fixed it within minutes. Anyways, we would love to go back one day :)

    My concierges were Laura and Adrian. I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them to everyone! They answered all my questions and went above and beyond for my girlfriend and my myself. They also helped my two best friends get engaged while we were there which was amazing. Laura was sweet and always checked on us at the pool to make sure everything was going well for us. Adrian was funny and seemed like the kind of guy you could be friends with outside of the hotel. If I ever come back and they are still there I will make sure the request them to be our concierges again because they made me feel like family. Thank you so much you two!!
