A safe place to go in spite of COVID

Very relaxing time at the resort. Food was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We always felt very safe with respect to COVID. The property is well maintained. The accommodations were great.

outstanding. Favorite restaurant was the one on the beach, but all were good. service was superb everywhere at the resort. rooms well cared for. The beauty and atmosphere there is always heartwarming. enjoyed the massage at the spot near the ocean

The resort and staff were great. Good location and amenities. But, beware of the all inclusive. There is no way possible to eat and drink $70 per day with only bar stock beverages. No premium alcohol in the basic all inclusive. The all inclusive meals are quite good but, the cost is very inexpensive hence the inability to reach your $70 per day goal.

I was very pleased with the room, the pools, the service, and the friendliness of staff. The food was not very impressive, but other than that, everything was great! The safety protocols that were in place were very impressive and I felt very safe.

My husband & I love to stay at El Cid Marina in Mazatlan. The resort itself is well managed-always clean, landscaping perfect, and the friendliest staff! My husband always has a great time fishing with one of their deep sea or bottom fishing boats. The staff is full of friendly people that want to help you have a great time! We particularly like the hotel manager, Armando, bellman Rafael, and the Calypso pool waiter José Juan! We just love Mazatlan in general and use the pulmonías to go to the Gold Zone or the Plaza Machada old town area to shop & dine!
