This was our first visit to Jamaica…and it will not be our last! We are sitting at the MoBay airport right now awaiting our flight home & I just could not wait to write this review. We have fallen in love with the beauty, the people, the food, the beaches and the vibe of Jamaica. Sandals Negril is a perfect fit for me/us. It is a smaller, comfortable resort that has magic and charm at every corner. The staff here is second to none. Some of the wonderful staff members that we’d love to acknowledge are Carl and Rascive (who are both great “Pass the Ace” Card Game Players), along with their amazing friend and mixologist (whose names I forgot, so sorry, but Carl & Rascive know who they are!!), as well as the AMAZING Martel on the piano, and the beautiful Yaneek, Biyanka, and AshaLee, who all took such good care of everything!! We had heard that the travel to and from the resort would be rough in the shuttles, so we booked a private transport upon arrival (which was great), but we decided to try the shuttle on the way out. I have to say that we had THE most amazing and safe shuttle driver named Ricardo from Tour Jamaica Destination Management Company. I don’t know if you can specifically request him to be your driver, but if you can, we will be doing so on our next trip here (which we have already booked)! At the airport, Ricardo handed us off to Otis Myers of the Red Cap Porter’s Association who helped us right through the check-in process every step of the way…he was great, as well!! Thank you so much, Sandals Negril, for such an amazing vacation! Can’t wait to visit you and your beautiful sunsets again!

Chris and his entire crew at the Piano Bar took very good care of us in the pool or on the beach. ??????until we meet again. Great times were had in the Jamaican sun the people are so welcoming and ready to make sure your vacation is going well. We can’t wait to return.

My husband and I just returned from our 7 night honeymoon at Sandals Negril. We had an amazing time and honestly cannot wait to return! We stayed in the Longshore Beachfront Grande Lux Club Level Room w/ Balcony Tranquility Soaking Tub. We loved being on that side of the resort because the ocean was so close, and it seemed to be less busy than other buildings. The staff was honestly amazing. While we didn’t have a butler, it almost felt like we did after meeting Silena! We booked two days in the cabanas with her, which was so great and relaxing. Even on our non-cabana days though, she made sure that we had everything we needed, found us beach chairs, and helped with dinner reservations. The food at Sandals Negril was amazing! We were not disappointed with any restaurant or meal. Our favorites were probably Brava and Sundowner, but they were honestly all delicious. Because it was our honeymoon, we splurged on a candlelight dinner and couples massage package. Both were great, but the trip would have still been amazing without them. We loved Jeffrey’s energy and personality. He took some amazing photos of us, which we purchased several of. The pictures were expensive, but also, you only honeymoon once, so it was worth it to us. We didn’t do any excursions while we were there because we honestly just wanted a relaxing week. We did go out on the glass bottom boat, which was fun and included. We also went to the water show and to see the steel drum orchestra. We spent almost every day on the beach. We definitely loved the beautiful waters. I can’t speak to the pools because we didn’t get in them at all, but that seemed to be a popular hangout spot for others. The only minor inconvenience we experienced on our trip was that our room phone didn’t work. This only affected ordering room service, as Silena made such to take care of reservations for us. After talking with the club lounge, Jermaine personally came up to our room to try and fix it, but wasn’t able to. He did get us a cell phone to use for contacting them as well as ordering room service, which we ended up actually only doing once because the restaurants were all convenient and tasty. I really have nothing but praises for Sandals Negril. It was a perfect honeymoon week for us, and we plan to make Sandals Negril an annual spot for us!

First let me say the service here (for the most part) was amazing! The staff worked to accommodate you (Jadine from Bravas worked us in and was so sweet!). Brandon and Sashawayne (bartenders at Perla) were so great! The food was also good! While these staff were great, we did witness a full fight between two employees at breakfast right next to our table which made both of us feel extremely uncomfortable. One employee had a broken glass to the others throat after throwing glasses that came within inches of our tables. Sandals did nothing to acknowledge that this happened. Lastly , the rooms was awful. The AC barely worked and the room was so noisy from the street traffic. Sandals refused to move us to another room instead we had to use white noise from our phone on loud every night. Housekeeping was also non existent not giving us towels multiple days.

This place is awesome on ALL levels. Can't wait to return! The Sandals Team Members, their energy and hard work make the Resort what it is - a place you never want to leave. Many thx to Alesia, Sandia & Yanekka. Oh, and the Live Entertainment was really impressive.
