Checked in later at night and was impressed by the outside. Unfortunately we had an annoying check in process. The worker seemed completely uncaring and annoyed at our presence. She scoffed and made a rude remark when I asked about the Marriott loyalty benefits here. Overall soured us on the place and won't stay here again since we don't feel welcome.

We visited in early March for a overnight trip to Disneyland and were pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy, and our room was clean and ready upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and the room was super modern and looked pretty new. We have a 2 year old and they brought a pack and play for her to sleep in. Breakfast started at 6:30a the next morning and was included in the stay. Loved having a full free breakfast complete with eggs, oatmeal, and mini Mickey Mouse waffles. We didn’t visit the gym or pool, but both looked pretty nice as well. Parking was easy and on property, though they do charge nightly for it.

This is a special “Thank You” to Samantha and Anna at the front desk. We were in town for our kids’ first visit to Disneyland. We were warmly greeted by Samantha and she gave us a wonderful surprise by upgrading our room for our family! It made our visit so much better. On our way up to our room, we spilled water in the lobby floor area, and Anna was quick to clean it up with a wonderful attitude. Wonderful staff make all the difference!

One of the best hotels near Disneyland. Exceptional staff, Nick Wagner's level of service surpasses even the cast members at Disneyland. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. Exactly what you need to recharge after a day of exploring the parks. Breakfast is great and full of variety, but we would love some more gluten free options **hint hint**.

Just returned from 5 nights at the Residence Inn Anaheim Resort/Convention Center. Hands down, this is our favorite hotel near Disneyland - and we have stayed at most of them. The breakfast was high quality and very well stocked, even with how busy it was. Kudos to the breakfast staff. I used upgrade certificates and we got a family suite - very fun and the extra bathroom was great. We liked everything about this hotel - even had a small issue that was taken care of immediately. By far the best Residence Inn I have stayed at and I am a Lifetime Platinum. Thanks!
