Excellent Paid breakfast was good!! Customer Service was good, (when I returned home to Canada, I had question about the billing (on my Credit card). I called the hotel: The girl who answered the phone was to patience and nice, we went over the charges. Good The Water Park- even though it was January we still managed one day to use the Water park. (My kids (2 and 4) loved it) **January is not a good month if you’re looking for water play in Orlando (FYI) The location is great: Across the street is pizza, souvenir shop and Candy shop. Okay The rooms are very basic. Bad I had the tap beer from the water park bar ..it was horrible..just get the cans Advice In Orlando avoid basing your hotel (on free shuttle buses offers) ..better to pick a location like this (aside from Room comfort) and uber it. Uber from the airport as well. Even with kids my age.

The rooms were cozy just if you order through third party they charge an extra fee to park, etc. also the rooms didn’t have outlets for usb charges. The housekeeping was amazing the on site restaurant was delicious and the setup was wonderful
Could be better

We had two rooms in block 8. They put groups with multiple rooms in conjoining rooms, the conjoining door was in the back wall of the room, so the rooms were back to back rather than next to each other. In our case the door was jammed shut so the walk from one room to another was actually quite far. One room was facing the car park. This room was fine. The other room was facing the undercover pool. This resulted in a few issues: The air conditioning vent was in the front of the room, facing the pool. So it was sucking in moist, chlorine-smelling air into the room. This resulted in a room that I don’t think was actually damp but stank of damp. To the extent that when we got home any clean clothes had to be washed anyway because of the smell. As the room faced the undercover pool no natural light got into the room. The room didn’t have a ceiling light, only a wall light that wasn’t very bright and a lamp. So in the middle of the day in the Florida sunshine there was so little light in the room even with the lights on that I had to use the torch on my phone to look through my suitcase. The lights in the bathroom were bright. The above resulted in a really unpleasant dank room. Neither of the rooms had any wardrobes or drawers to put our things in. There was an iron but it didn’t work. The hairdryer was good. There was a fridge and a safe, we didn’t use the safe but the fridge was too cold and froze everything we put in there. The other downside of being by the undercover pool is that all the entertainment takes place by this pool. Several nights a week there would be loud music playing until late at night. It was so loud that I couldn’t hear the tv that was 2 feet from the end of the bed. Apart from one of the two rooms being unpleasant there were some positives: All the staff I encountered were very helpful, polite and friendly. There was a Starbucks in the hotel. It was more expensive than normal but we were given a 15% discount card on arrival which made it about normal price. The outside pool was nice with complimentary towels and sufficient sun beds. Free I-ride passes. The I-ride isn’t expensive but they only accept the correct cash so this saved having to worry about having dollar bills. The location is good. We were able to walk to universal studios (about 30 minutes) but there is a shuttle bus. There is a shuttle to Disney too. There is a Denny’s and a Dunkin next door and other restaurants close by. We really enjoyed chili’s and Chuys. If you have children below a certain age I think this could be a good hotel as the waterpark is included in the price. However, we don’t have children so didn’t benefit from the noisy water park. We have previously stayed at the Rosen Inn next door and would probably choose this hotel over coco key for future trips.

Kanye and Takia have been amazing. Highlight of our trip was their customer service. Efficient and friendly! This was our first year doing valet. They made it easy for our family to enjoy our vacation. We will be coming here each year we vacation. Thank you!
Great stay again!

We stay here Feb 2023 and came back with family Feb 2024. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a large room located in building 6, which had 2 large beds and a sofa bed and very clean. The soft bed was not made up on arrival but as the children didn't want to sleep in the same bed, we gave reception a quick call and somebody quickly arrived with bedding for us to make it up. The room still had lots of space even with the sofa made up. Air-con worked great, we had a fridge, tv, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer and safe. Main pool heated and the hot tub was lovely and warm even on a rainy day. Great extra to have the waterpark for the kids to play in on down days.Great location on international drive, with walking distance to lots of restaurants. Our trip this time was to do the disney parks, we planned to use Ubers to get back and fourth, which was very easy but the hotel this year had put on a bus which goes to disney (epcot) at 9.50am and back 6.10pm from Hollywood studios(I think it was) we used this free service on our later start days to get to disney and it worked out great for us. We used the restaurants on site a few mornings for breakfast, some days it was fully stocked and lovely... other days it wasn't so good but it didn't put us off trying again. We would most definitely be back again
