Great hotel! Very clean, modern, nice environment, location. Nice people on the front desk. Easy to park or valet. Nice lobby w restaurants and more Good hotel for family as well for business. Highly recommended. Will not disappoint anyone.

Great value for the location to universal studios. Appreciated the free shuttle to the park, but was a convenient walk to the front gate. Customer service at the hotel was very good, folks were friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size for a family of 4, especially with the short time we were in the room. Only critique was the cleanliness of the bathroom, unfortunately the tub and shower curtain were noticeably moldy. Otherwise a great stay!

The service was amazing and a big 10 to Carlos that was at the American Grill Bar. Due to weather we were delayed and the bar wasn’t open therefore he helped with food and drinks even when the bar was closed. The food was definitely top notch. We will recommend.

Check in very slow with only one agent present at the desk. Booked king size universal view room only to be told there are none available. Offered 2 queen beds instead and still no view, as an apology I got breakfast for two - not needed as I get $25 spending credit per day per person being a Hilton gold. When utilising the spending on other F&B outlets I’ve been told the credit is not accumulative which was news to me. Average rooms that are dated, and need renovations. Ok if you’re there for the parks but wouldn’t stay longer than two nights.

Great location! Great staff! Amazing property, easy 20-30 min walk to Universal. Carlos was our bartender and was so personable that we sought him out later in the day. It’s nice to have that personal touch in a large resort! We’ll be back again soon!
