Stayed at this location during COVID for a relaxing get away. The balcony was full of spider webs. Dead roaches near the pool. Right before check out the water was shut off without warning. My husband had to leave for an appointment w/out a shower. I asked for compensation and there was no discussion Just nope I’m sorry and we can give you a late check out. The location is beautiful and walking distance to great places to eat but will choose another location for sure unless Hilton resolves this issue.

This is what you want from a hotel when you are in a bad situation!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times and we have always been impressed with the level of service and professionalism here. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, the pool is large with two hot tubs, nice loungers and an abundance of large towels, the breakfast is huge and delicious with made-to-order omelettes and fresh fruits, and lovely receptions in the evening with snacks and free drinks. So that’s what brings us back. This year we were in the San Diego area when the Covid virus was getting serious and spreading quite quickly and we decided to head to the Palm Springs area for a week. When we arrived at the Embassy Suites LaQuinta, there were very few guests due to the recently cancelled tennis tournament. But the kindness the hotel staff showed us and the service they provided was amazing. Breakfast could not be served as usual due to new state/local restrictions to slow the spread of the virus so instead each guest would step up to the serving window and order what they wanted for breakfast! The staff had few guests to serve but smiled and talked to us and treated us kindly. During the evening reception they did the same. I asked for salt and pepper and was told that the staff would bring them to me as they were not providing them on tables so they could be sanitized after each use. One person in particular, Jazmine, could not have been more helpful to us. She was excellent. The reception staff was the same. Because of my husband’s health condition, we were not able to fly home as we had planned. Instead we had to drive our rental car home. The morning we left, the staff allowed us to take an extra piece of fruit and some yogurt for the trip and gave us ice for our cooler. This was a scary time for us and this hotel went above and beyond to help us feel safe and well taken care of. We will definitely be back!! Thanks!!

We were at this hotel when the virus shutdown occurred and trying to get back home. The staff was very reassuring to me and my son. I didn’t know what to do because bad weather was expected back home. They listened to me and reassured me we could remain there until we could get back home. They all took precautions against the virus spread but still provided us with excellent service. I can’t remember everyone’s name; however, I do remember Connie, Mariam, and Taryn. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the bartenders, housekeeping, or serving staff who were amazing, as well. Thank you for being there for us.

We chose this location since it is fairly close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. We checked in about an hour before the tennis tournament was cancelled due to the Corona Virus. We didn't know what to do at first since we were already committed. We decided to stay even though most everyone else cancelled since the majority of everyone going to La Quinta, Indian Wells and Palm Springs was for the tennis tournament. I did request a reduced nightly rate since the original rate was based on a high occupancy for the tournament. Once they started getting a lot of cancellations and I called the front desk a few times I was offered a reduced rate ($30 a night) which was OK, I was hoping for something more along the lines of $50 ). We wound up staying a few nights even though most everyone else who had reservations cancelled. The hotel was a ghost town. Very eerie but the staff was still very hospitable and the complementary breakfast buffet and happy hour every evening were great! I don't think there were more than maybe 20 rooms filled that week. The cancellation of the BNP in Indian Wells was the beginning of the snowball effect of all other sporting events being cancelled so it was a very fluid situation. We appreciated the hotel offering hand sanitizer at the front desk and it appeared that the rooms were being cleaned to a much higher standard than usual. We hope to stay here again when the world isn't in such a crazy predicament and enjoy it more. Too much time was spent on worrying what we were going to do since we had planned to see tennis matches 3 of the days we were there. We wound up checking out after a few days and moved into a condo (which was half the price) for the remainder of our trip.

My stay at Embassy Suites was really comfortable. The complimentary breakfast every morning was fantastic. Also, the complimentary Happy Hour from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm nightly was amazing (even though I was only able go for it a couple times). Really great and friendly staff! I would stay here again.
