Without question one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Only food available was at the grossly over crowed pool and it consisted of Hamburgers, fries and hot dogs all at prices 2-3 fair market. Couldnt find anything healthy to ever eat here. Hotel does not clean rooms. Said it was due to covid. Arizona does not require masks and neither did the hotel but too risky to clean our room when we arent in there.... Used covid as an excuse for no maid service, awful food quality and selection and lack of any waitress or waiters at the pool. Our first upgraded room they gave us was a handicap room that over looked the parking lot (but called mountain view). We did get a new room because the hvac didnt work but had to pay more for the villas which are nice. Other rooms are tired and have minimal natural light. Didnt stay in one but looked like prison cells. Overall, this was Wolf Lodge in the Dells wisconsin with dated rooms, worse food, service and 3x more expensive. Weather was great.....but really has nothing to do with this hell hole.

My kids loooooved it here. The lazy river and wave pool were a huge hit. The rooms were just ok. Most of the restaurants were closed due to covid when we came so we door dashed most of our food. The hotel is in an interesting area. Seemed a little rough but we hardly left the resort except for one run to the grocery store. We will likely come back again. Hopefully we can take advantage of more of the amenities next time.

Go elsewhere until they clean it up

Seems like they don’t have enough staff to keep the place clean but are still booking at max capacity. Water park was our draw but after an afternoon of filthy bathrooms, crazy expensive food ($8.75 for fries), and shoulder to shoulder outdated lawn chairs, we actually booked a room at another resort. The grounds have so much potential but they just don’t seem to be reinvesting anything to maintain the property. I am sure a labor shortage due to Covid has impacted their ability to keep up but then they probably should book fewer rooms.

    Amazing family resort

Highly recommend Arizona Grand. Family spring break trip fun for all. Morning hike for mom, golf for dad, water park with lazy River, slides and wave pool for kids. A splurge for poolside cabana was awesome. Super time had by all. We Loved our 2 bedroom Villa complete with kitchen and patio. Staff was super helpful and kind.

This place has a lot of potential. beautiful grounds and surroundings but that is where the good part ends. The areas around the pool and rooms are pretty dirty. Food containers, dinnerware, food, cups, towels are scattered everywhere. I never saw anyone walking around to pick these items up. The biggest thing I noticed though is the lack of service. The hotel is still not operating at 100% due to COVID but I kind of feel like if you’re a four star resort and you choose to be open you should continue to offer four star service and amenities. The people that are traveling and staying here deserve that. Especially if they’re still paying four star prices. This was a four star resort by the looks but two star service. No table service anywhere on the property and operating at half capacity even though the hotel is sold out. Long lines everywhere because you have to walk up everywhere and order food/drink yourself. There is ONE operational food area and one drink area open at the pool which has thousands in attendance all day long. And you can’t bring your own food or drink in. This was also the case in the lobby restaurant area. You stand in another long line serviced by ONE bartender to order food and drinks. If the idea here is “less Covid exposure” then it makes no sense because you have so many people milling around waiting or hanging out in the bar anyway. If you want breakfast or coffee...another long winding line in the pro shop. We did ha e fun but this was a resort I will put in our “will not return” file
