    Very good service, place is clean and the personal is very nice a and friendly, The food is fresh and very good, the time and food service is very efficient and good timing, I will be willing to come come back and I highly recommend my friends and family . Thank you Marival

    We were very impressed with the entertainment crew at Marival Emotions. They really made our trip a lot of fun! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is maintained very well inside and out. The atmosphere at this resort is very relaxed. We were very comfortable and had a great vacation!

    We had a blast in this place! Loved having the beach easily accessible and several pools as options. This resort had great housekeeping service, very friendly staff, and amazing kids club! Thank you Estefany and Adriana for the outstanding kids activities and care. The theatre hosts and nightly entertainment put on great shows- Thank you Bryan and Genaro! Our daughters loved the buffet options at Casa Bella. The cook in the kids food section, Aides Sanchez was so nice and patient. We enjoyed the dessert line and want to thank Alejandra Paz for her kindness, professionalism and assistance. The restaurant La Pergola had great food and service. Thanks Maria Brambila and Joaquin!

    All the waiters and bartenders were very friendly, fast and professional. Particularly thankful for the waiters Gilberto and Ulises from Amalfi as well as waiters Jose Garcia and Guillermo from La Pergola restaurant.

    We've been on many trips as a family but this one was different... it had been a LONG time because of Covid, and the stakes were higher considering the needed testing to get back to the US- but all things considered, I would 100% do this trip to Marival Emotions again. It was exactly what we all needed- the weather was perfect!!!! We packed a fleece for everyone but never needed them, only swimsuits and summer clothes. The food was good- we've been to lots of Sandals resorts and this was a step down from that, but considering the price of Marival I would say the food is pretty great. Currently you can't make dining reservations, they only have 1 main dinner option open each night (plus usually the buffet as well), but it actually worked great for us since it was just walk in and they rotate so we got to eat at all we wanted to. The pools are fantastic, and the beach is warm and sand is soft and beautiful; its definitely not the clear blue Caribbean water, but my kids still loved playing in it and jumping the small waves. This is second time we've been to Marival, the first we stayed in a basic room but this time we did the family emotion package and stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view suite..... it was INCREDIBLE! Ocean front- the balcony had an amazing view and allowed downtime while baby napped. Two rooms each had kings which worked great for us- plus you get beach toys and can rent things like push cars for baby to ride in, high chairs, etc. They include a photo session for your family and 10 pics as well- we got some pretty great ones in just 15 minutes. The staff at Marival were excellent- everyone kind and hard working, willing to go out of their way to help. We prefer the sandals "no tipping" policy, but it wasn't hard here to bring cash and make sure to leave some at each meal, etc. Specific shout outs to: Karina- Family Emotion Concierge- was so on top of things, kept us informed and on schedule for photos, covid tests, etc. She went through everything with us right when we arrived, gave us a little tour, brought us to our room and made sure we had all the baby equipment we needed. She was very sweet and my kids really liked her. Jose (and Arturo)- they were our servers at Mai Tai and he helped get our kids pizzas so no one had meltdowns at our first dinner (even though kids were tired from travel), was so kind when someone spilled an ENTIRE SHIRLEY TEMPLE on the ground, and even entertained them by making a grasshopper out of a palm branch and a bird from a napkin. We saw him the next few nights at dinners and even though he wasn't serving us he'd come and say hi. They were super efficient as well. Cruz at La Bamba- worked so hard for us (and brought us several drinks we had never tried before), very kind to the kids. Carlos- our waiter at the buffet- was always asking if we needed more drinks or anything else, very fast and hard working. Estefani- Kids club. My big kids (4 & 6) actually loved going to the kids club- they taught them spanish words, made bracelets, painted mexican gifts to bring home, played mini golf, and gave them sweet nicknames (my son still tells me to call him "panchito" even at home). Covid tests- done in one of the hotel rooms upstairs by a lab tech. We downplayed it to our kids, but it wasn't that bad, so they did great too - he told us our results within minutes, we got them via email that afternoon and we just linked them electronically to our united flights on the app which they approved within hours as well. If you're like me, you're on the fence deciding if its worth it right now... I also packed work books and lots of extra stuff to do in case we got stuck there for an extra 2 weeks... but the resort was EMPTY(20% occupancy ) so there was really never many other people around and you can tell the staff are so happy we were there. I don't think we'll ever get to be at a "private" resort like that again, and with the weather being so great it was the perfect vacation.
