Only positive thing to say is Marcelino, AKA Buddy), did an amazing job serving us a private couples dinner on the rooftop at sunset. He went above and beyond despite being pulled to help in other areas. Negatives, and there's ALOT! WiFi is horrible, worst I've seen anywhere in Mexico and they could care less. There were almost all local Mexicans staying at the resort and no English speaking guests to speak of except maybe 10 people. Not complain about that except that the staff gave no service to us at all, we were pretty much ignored. I guess our money wasn't as valuable. Rooms we completely outdated, broken toilet stool, hot water for 5 seconds then freezing, but pressure was good. Beds were hard as a rock along with the little square pillows. The noise from the nightly entertainment was extremely loud so do not plan on resting until after 11pm. The constant slamming of doors and kids running in the halls were completely ridiculous. Pool was small and full of rude kids spitting their non-alcoholic drinks at each other and eating in the pool. Puerto Vallarta itself is beautiful with tons of great restaurants and bars, just not at this place. They call it a Grand Beach Resort, I'd call it a 1 star motel. My advice, definitely stay someplace else!

Amazing resort! Everyone is so kind and always takes care of you. They have amazing presentations for. This is Samuel putting on a flaming Mexican coffee show for us. Guillermo is also the best! Be his friend!
Solo traveler found a wonderful vacation spot

This place was over all wonderful especially the Pumpkin Flower restaurant the food was amazing and the staff were over the top Ricardo, Roberto, Omar and Martin made me feel like I was the only person in the restaurant. Victor the waiter for the pool area was also amazing. I had a perfect spa visit.

Excellent experience. Especial thanks to Javier (bell boy) welcomed us from day one. He was very helpful. Showed us around. Also Francisco (waiter) Excellent service. He anticipates your needs. Made our dinner nights very fun. Thanks to you guys.

Our trip was wonderful! Great service from Pierre Daniel Oliver Salvador Guillermo Daniel and Saul! They made us feel so special. :) Both at the restaurant and pool side. The servers were all so awesome and we truly enjoyed our time here.. thank you!!
