We just got back from a week at this resort. I have to say it was the best experience we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. We decided to upgrade to the “club” level. Not only are the rooms amazing, but you get your own personal butler for the week. We had Carlos Miranda and his partner Jose Becerra. Were we ever spoiled! Any questions we had, or reservations needed, advice on activities, etc were handled so promptly and professionally and with a huge smile. Never been so spoiled on a vacation! We’ll be back and we’ll be asking for Carlos again! Really can’t say enough about how well we were treated.

Juan pool concierge was an amazing help through our stay. April weather was amazing. The meats and proteins in all restaurants were exquisite. Juan pool concierge was able to to get us a kayak tour. Jaime (aka Jimmy) was great who was in charge of the paddle board and kayaks. Overall great place to enjoy a well deserved vacation.

Had a marvelous time at Secrets Vallarta Bay. Lovely small resort feel, great food and people, including our butler Eddie in Preferred and UVC rep Karen, the pool concierges, Joel, Juan and Angela and the entire pool staff who served us so attentively! Thank you Jason for the superb Palomas. We really loved the special touches in the restaurants that added a lovely ambience, balsamic vinegar, oil and Parmesan cart at the Italian and fresh gorgeous guacamole made at the Mexican. Recommendations for next time. Top shelf liquor was lacking selection at Preferred bar. Grand Mariner should be standard. lol. Fitness center could be expanded. Beach was more rocky than Cancun side but I loved going beach rock hunting every morning so it suited me just fine. We’ll be back. ??

We went for our 42nd wedding Anniversary! The Resort was absolutely beautiful. Our room was outstanding. The view was beyond gorgeous.. The service from everyone really was amazing. If we were at the Buffet, by the pool, or the French restaurant team members loved what they did. My greatest experience of hospitality and service was by far my Butler Carlos Miranda and his partner Jose Becerra. They both went over and above to assist me and my husband. What a great representation they are of Secrets Vallarta Bay. I would for sure request them both again when I return!!

This resort is by far one of the best my husband and I have ever been to. We LOVE visiting Mexico any chance we get. We were here for a wedding and it was just INCREDIBLE from beginning to end. We upgraded our room and it was worth every penny. We had amazing butler service from Carlos Miranda and his partner Jose Becerra. They were available whenever we needed them and always had a smile on their face. We are very thankful they were able to help us with simple questions about PV to getting us dinner reservations! We can't wait to tell everyone about our Secrets! ;)
