Our room was amazing with a full ocean view! Overall great experience. Roalvys was awesome and very helpful! Food and drinks were amazing, lots to choose from. I would return with family or friends.sad we leave tomorrow but all good things come to an end.

This was my first time at an all inclusive so I really do not have anything to compare it to. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot. The property was well maintained and beautiful. The pools were both great. There is a party pool and the main pool which is a little more quiet. The foam party is a must! The beach was nice as well. The staff were friendly and nice but there was a language barrier with some- not a big deal though. The shows at the theatre every night were very entertaining and fun. There is a small casino with some slots with a few game tables. We did not try all of the restaurants but the French restaurant Coquette was my favourite. I had the duck and the lamb and they were both so good. Silk City (Teppanyaki) was a good experience as well. All of the courses were good. This one you need to make a reservation for. We also tried The Strip restaurant and it was good as well. There was a wedding reception happening beside us so we had dinner and a show! The buffet Spoons was okay as well, lots of options to choose from. The coffee shop The Nook had decent coffee and some to go quick bites. I enjoyed the salmon & cream cheese bagel most mornings. Their iced coffee is just hot coffee with ice if that matters to you. The late night eats were confusing. One night The Nook had some nachos, hot dogs and hamburgers. The next night it was closed and the staff was not even sure what was open. We were led to the grill near the beach which was closed and then led back to Spoons and they had food there.

Drinks are awesome. Burgers at the grill are delicious. Breakfast buffet at Spoon is very good. The rest of the food is ok at best. Can't say enough about our host Willy. What few issues we had took care of quickly. Just great customer service from Willy.

Willy very attentive to our needs. Housekeeping ok, Willy took care of A/C fixed timely. Roomservice was.excellent. Drinks severed on the beach and in the Exhale club. Hibachi great food. Foam pool party fun. Fire show excellent. Bring lots of $1s and $5s

Mattress and pillows too firm. Resort was very beautiful overall Willy was very attentive to our needs and we appreciate him! Every evening we were very grateful to unwind in the exhale club. The beach walks were spectacular. Almost every meal was delicious also. Check in process was a bit long
