Excellent resort and service was outstanding. We had a great trip Phillipe our butler was incredible and so accommodating. The spa was fantastic we loved the hydrotherapy sessions each day. Pools and beach are so clean and the drink/food service was prompt and attentive!

My husband and I just celebrated our 6th Anniversary at Secrets Cap Cana. Our experience was Excellente!!! Jourdain is staff member at the resort who was assigned to our room. He is an awesome guy! Everything from booking our cabana, to retrieving extra beach towels, to helping us navigate the DR, he was there for us. Great customer service! The resort is beautiful with lots to offer. Water sports, mini golf, ping pong, cornhole, and so much more. My husband and I never had trouble finding a spot by the pool or beach regardless of the time of day. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic property and highly recommend the preferred club if possible. We had the fantastic privilege of having Darling take care of us all week. From making sure we were comfortable to helping make reservations for dinners and activities, he was always happy, kind and treated us so well. Would highly recommend this property for anyone needing some nice rest and relaxation in a very nice accommodations.

We just completed a 7 night stay at SCC. We were a family of three couples. We each had swim-out preferred club rooms. The rooms were beautiful and clean. One complaint ( if you would call it that ) is that the swim-out preferred pool was so clean and enjoyable that we hardly ever left. The young ladies who served food and beverages at the preferred pool were beyond exceptional. They were friendly and very attentive. Our butler Leonardo was very friendly and constantly asked us if we needed anything. We were so content with the resort’s offerings that we never asked him for anything, but he was always there if we required his service. The food was good. We had a few minor hiccups with the food, but nothing too bad to mention. Our favorite restaurants were the Patio for Mexican and Portofino’s for Italian. Lady GaGa made water aerobics at the main pool a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful with plenty of shaded lounge chairs. To sum up our review, we will say that we will return to Secrets Cap Cana.

The entire experience was amazing. Our Butler Leonardo was awesome. He worked very hard to ensure our 35th anniversary celebration was memorable. He was very attentive. The young ladies in the Coco Cafe, lunchy, Leiry, Ester, Alexander were friendly and remembered our coffee order for each day after knowing the order only once. The pool crew, entertainment, the Resort everything was great!!!! We will most definitely return next year. ?????
