This was our first holiday in over 20 years. An amazing experience, excellent hotel and staff, all staff so friendly, nothing is too much. Especially Marina who was one of the housekeepers. She was amazing, friendly, professional and a great sense of humor. Our room was always spotless and smelt amazing. Also we were lucky enough to have Alexei, one of the concierges looking after us if we needed anything or had any questions. Nothing was too much and again she was friendly hardworking, professional, a massive credit to Azul beach. Aware all the staff. The food was excellent with a a great selection and service every day. We were sad to say goodbye but we will definitely be returning. If I could give a score of 10/10 I would.

This was an excellent resort. The hotel, restaurants, and pool areas were very clean, and our room was very nice and spacious. The views of the beach were amazing. The selection of restaurants was great as well. Very diverse selections. I will definitely stay here in the future!

We had our wedding at Azul resort and it was perfect! We had a large group (45) and have received great feedback from them also. Everything was great - from the food, drinks, rooms, staff, activities and of course our wedding coordinator (Yirem). We’ve been to many resorts and this is one of the best experiences we’ve had yet!

Azul Beach Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff, especially Betsy, Azeal, Javier, and Alexandria, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The vibes were great, and the food was delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would be excited to visit again.

When you have the opportunity, come to Omar from the entertainment team, he is very friendly and will guide you in whatever you need.
