We had an amazing dinner at the Market inside Paradisus playa del Carmen. Misael was amazing and attentive. It was my birthday and he made it memorable. We love this entire resort and now we will love it even more thanks to Misael!

What can I say, this is our 4th time at this resort and as always top notch. Was nervous due to Covid but the staff and resort go above and beyond the cleanliness and safety. Registration a breeze as well as the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Stayed in Reserve adults side. One bedroom master suite. Perfection. The bed was super comfy and slept like rocks. Alfredo at the reserve adults pool was by far the best. He goes above and beyond in his job. He's a friendly face you don't want to miss. Daniel and Elias were the pool dudes and they set up our cabana every morning and checked on us throughout the day. Super friendly. Angel pool bartender was always on top of our drinks! Miseal at the Grill/Market best waiter ever. Funny and easy going. Vento was the best resturant this trip! Bana was great (hibachi). Sal was open when we went and was top notch as well. Very good. Least fave resturants was Fuego and Mole. Menu choices for Main course were slim and not stuff we would eat. Sorry. Went and had a couples massage and that was fantastic as always. We saw Suzie and she recognized us right away which always makes your vacation special. Guadalupe works under Suzie and she was very friendly and helpful as well! We went to beach few days but preferred pool this vacation. What else can I say.....you will definitely see us again for our 5th trip! Kuddos to all the staff at Paradisus Playa del Carmen.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and I wish we stayed longer. Hotel is super clean, food is amazing,Staff is super friendly and nice. Angel from the pool area, Sergio from the bar and Karina at the front desk were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Carlos, DJ Hector thanks for everything!! You guys made our trip unforgettable!! We are definitely coming back soon!! Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen! It wasn’t at all crowded and the staff were so attentive. We felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay! We have met so many of the staff and they have all been so great and made every effort to make our stay relaxing. Our wait staff at The Market, especially Misael, was so helpful. I’m a vegetarian and they made sure I had a perfect meal! It was amazing! All of the restaurants were well spaced and had a great variety of food. This is our third trip to this resort over 10 years and we are looking forward to our 4th!

The staff was amazing the food was excellent I cannot continue to rave about the service. They went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The beach is close and private but the resort is out of this world and my family enjoyed every single minute.
