    I'm glad that the resort made us feel safe all the time and kept us informed about everything that was happening with the hurricane. Kevin Ruben and Ricardo were always around trying to make everyone feel better and take the best out of this experience. Once again thank you very much.

    We loved our time here, they really made an effort to make us feel safe during the hurricane. Kevin, Ruben, and Ricardo are the best hosts and made us feel welcome! I was so excited to see all the animals, and the staff takes care of them so well.

    It was an amazing experience a and specially with the hurqcane, I wanna give an special shout out to the staff that made an extra effort to make us feel safe Specifically Kevin Ricardi and Ruben that were with the best attitude all the time, this 3 are the soul of the ressort. Thank you for everything

    Great family place , excellent staff everywhere , great activity’s excellent sport and activity staff Ruben , Kevin and Richy where fantastic but throughout everyone was great. Tons of activities and places to know within the same complex.

    We booked a holiday at this resort in February for July 2020. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our reservation was cancelled as the hotel was closed. After contacting customer service, they confirmed they would submit the booking for a refund. Now, many months later (after contacting both the hotel directly and customer service), there has been no refund and no provided timeline on when to expect the refund. We have only been told, "It is taking longer than normal." Customer service has not responded to multiple enquiries, and when they did respond previously, it was to promise an update from the accounting department that never came...
