Ben was amazing! Excellent customer service and super friendly. Ben gave a very warm welcome and made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Along with a friendly greeting, Ben was also very informative and extremely polite and personable.

Ben was fantastic while we checked in. Really made us even more excited for our stay. He was incredibly friendly, and over the top helpful with any questions we had. Also his recommendations where perfect for how we wanted to spend our vacation.

The check in was super easy , the location was beautiful on the bay , Ben helped us check in and he was so welcoming and had an amazing personality. We come here almost every year with family and this trip is the best so far. Looking forward to many more years here.

Ben at reception was fantastic. From the moment we walked in he greeted us with a huge smile and a warm welcome. He was able to check us in a bit early also. He just had such a happy disposition it was contagious.
