We stayed here for 6 nights april 11-17th. Tuxpan is a nice clean hotel with lots of Cuban charm and feel. The hotel staff work hard to keep the place clean and tidy. There was always a beach shade or pool shade available to sit under. The pool and pool bar were nice and always attened to. The food was fine, nothing amazing but always fresh fish, pork plus rice and beans and what not. Pasta at every meal and what not so you dont starve, there just isnt much seasoning or variety. There are no real hambergers or hot dogs and french fries here its a cuban resort. We did the VIP upgrade and its worth it 100%. The stocked mini fridge and late check out alone is amazing. All and all this is a good 4 star resort. We flew out of Toronto and this trip was only 630 per person with air transat. If your looking for a cheap trip i would do it in a heart beat again.

Hotel Tuxpan was one of the best hotels that we have ever visited. We always feel like home. The staff are just the best and work so hard to make sure everyone has a great time. The rooms are very clean. The food is great and the drinks are just fantastic. They have great entertainment in the hotel. The hotel is small so easy to get around. We can not wait to get back to Hotel Tuxpan again. We would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so great.

An amazing hotel. Beautiful people. I think they need more variety of food. We love the time we spend here. We'll return soon. I'm in love of this hotel and the people. The public relations team work is amazing and the animation team also ??????

It was a really nice experience, we spent the best time ever, I loved it, The staff it was incredible as well in especially Liz from Customers Service, the entertainment show it was enjoyable, the person at the desk from were very helpful and friendly

After a week in another Hotel, I came back home! As usual the service was excellent, everyone is doing an great job. I was impressed with the expansion of the Customer Service departament, more personnel to make sure all the customers get the proper attention. Despite the shortages at every level, I alwyas have the Cuban food I enjoy, and the tropical fruits taste better in Cuba. Mi room was alyas clean and everything on it working as expected. The weather was excellent and Tuxpan is on the best stretch of the Varadero beach. Looking forward for my next visit.
