Mandatory pre-boarding requirements

All travelers to Aruba are required to complete the online ED card (in accordance with the State Decree of Admittance AB 2009 no. 59) prior to boarding their flight. Effective July 1, 2024, the online ED card application will include a USD 20.00 Sustainability Fee for non-resident travellers arriving in Aruba.

All travelers to Barbados are required to complete the online Immigration and Customs Travel Form, 72 hours prior to boarding their flight.

All travelers to Bermuda are required to complete the Online Visitor Form prior to boarding their flight.

Guests can complete the online immigration and customs declaration form before traveling to Belize or upon arrival. 

All travelers to Bonaire are required to complete the Visitor Entry Tax Form prior to boarding their flight.

Please note: Fees for non-residents of Bonaire will apply.

All travelers to the Republic of Cuba are required to possess a valid passport from their country of citizenship that is valid for the entire duration of travel. 

Non-Canadian citizens must ensure they are in possession of travel documents that are required to re-enter Canada (PR Card, Work or Study permit, a valid multi-entry visa). 

Proof of health insurance is required for entry. 

All travelers must complete the online D’Viajeros entry form within one week prior to arrival, obtain the QR code and present during to the agent at boarding. The E-visa is included in the purchase of the travelers ticket. 

All travelers to Curaçao are required to complete the Digital Immigration Card up to 7 days prior to boarding their flight.

All travelers to Dominican Republic are required to complete the Electronic Ticket 72 hours prior to boarding their flight.

All travelers to Honduras are required to complete the Electronic Customs declaration form  prior to boarding their flight. 

All travelers to Jamaica are required to complete the Immigration/Custom Cards online prior to boarding their flight.

Please be advised, no paper form will be supported after November 27, 2023.

All travelers to St Lucia are required to complete the Travel Registration form 72 hours prior to boarding their flight.
