Since 2007, WestJet and BGC Canada have partnered to transform the experiences of young people and staff from clubs across the country.
How we support
Through the donation of the gift of flight, BGC Canada and its member clubs can offer opportunities for youth and staff to travel to training, activities and events at no cost. Additionally, WestJet continues to fundraise to support enriching programs and essential services that benefit young people, their families, and their communities.

BGC Canada surprises WestJetter volunteers celebrating World Kindness Day
To celebrate World Kindness Day in 2019, WestJet Cares for Kids and BGC Canada surprised Winnipeg-based WestJetter volunteers with a luncheon to thank them for bringing kindness into their lives.
BGC Calgary builds connections with BGC of Central Florida at Walt Disney World
In 2015, WestJet Cares for Kids surprised 16 Club youth from across North America with the adventure of a lifetime. Eight youth from Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary travelled to Orlando to meet up with eight youth from Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida. They visited Walt Disney World, toured the Kissimmee Club and participated in community volunteering. Just when they thought the trip was over, WestJet surprised the youth with a trip back to Calgary. They visited Lake Louise in Banff National Park and spent time in the Calgary Clubs and community.

RMHC’s network of programs helps to keep more than 25,000 families close to their sick child and the care they need each year.
The Missing Children Society of Canada exists to help return missing children to a safe environment and has evolved from distributing posters to embracing the latest technology to help police in the search to find a missing child.
