You’ll find the friendly WestJet smile and service you’re accustomed to with every interaction you experience inside the lounge. WestJet Priority Service Agents will be on hand to assist with your travel plans.
Interact with beautiful augmented reality art developed by Calgary artist, Mandy Stobo and curated products you can enjoy when you arrive from local companies like Rocky Mountain Soap Co and Fratello Coffee Roasters.

Location, hours, and access
Located in the Calgary International Airport (YYC) in Domestic terminal, Concourse B. With access to guests travelling from Concourse A, B, C, or D
The lounge is not accessible to guests departing to the U.S.

Open daily from 5 a.m. to 10:15 p.m. MT.
Who can access the Elevation Lounge?
Platinum and Gold members are eligible for complimentary lounge access based on their tier benefits
Silver and Teal members with valid lounge vouchers.
(including connections when a Business fare has been purchased).
Guests who purchase an upgrade to Business (within 24 hours of departure, or with an agent at the airport) are not entitled to complimentary lounge access. They must pay the applicable entry fee.
Diamond, Platinum or Gold Medallion® status travelling on an itinerary that includes a segment between Canada and the US operated by Delta and/or WestJet
Those holding a Delta One ticket when Calgary (YYC) is part of the same-day international itinerary.
Priority Pass, DragonPass via Mastercard Travel Pass, LOUNGE CLUB and Diners Club members using their membership benefits.
Additional information
- The minimum age for unaccompanied entry into the lounge is 18. Minors under the age of 18 are permitted when accompanied by an adult.
- Airline, airport and industry employees are not permitted access while in uniform or while wearing airline/airport identification of any kind. This includes employees of other airlines, private and corporate aircraft, and charter carriers.
- Complimentary access, where provided, is non-transferable and has no cash value.
How to access the lounge
- All guests must present a valid boarding pass for a flight departing within three hours.
- All other guests (including those with complimentary access and travelling with companions) are requested to see a WestJet agent at the podium inside the entrance.
- The maximum stay in the lounge is three hours.
Pricing
Guests travelling on a WestJet flight with a WestJet boarding pass:
- Adult: $59 + GST
- Child (2 – 17 years): $30 + GST
- Child under 2 years: no charge
Guests travelling with any other airline:
- Adult: $65 + GST
- Child (2 – 17 years): $33 + GST
- Child under 2 years: no charge
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Interac.
Lounge rules
- Food and beverage provided in the lounge is for enjoyment while in the lounge only and is not to be removed. Outside food and beverage is also not permitted.
- Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under 18 years of age, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Alcohol must be consumed in moderation. WestJet reserves the right to refuse to provide alcoholic beverages to any guest who appears to be intoxicated or is otherwise unruly.
- Smoking cigarettes, pipes or cigars (including electronic products), chewing tobacco, and the use of smokeless tobacco or cannabis, are prohibited in the lounge.
- Meeting space must be booked with a WestJet agent upon arrival in the lounge.
- WestJet Rewards Platinum and Gold members may also reserve the space up to seven days in advance by calling their respective priority support number, available when signed in to their account online or through the WestJet app.
- Maximum occupancy: 4
- Maximum duration: 45 minutes
- Guests using the meeting space will be held responsible for any damage caused.
- Private shower must be booked with a WestJet agent upon arrival in the lounge
- Accessible shower available for guests with special needs
- Maximum occupancy: 1 (exceptions apply when travelling with a child or a guest with special needs who requires assistance)
- Maximum duration: 45 minutes
- As a courtesy to other guests, please use headphones when using personal devices such as smartphones, laptops and tablets. For extended conversations and conference calls, please use a dedicated Focus Space located in the work area.
- During your visit to WestJet Elevation Lounge, WestJet requires that your attire and conduct are appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing clothing which we deem to be inappropriate or offensive.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult in all areas of the lounge.
- Families with small children are invited to enjoy the dedicated family space near the guest assistance desk. Even while in the family space, children need to be supervised at all times.
- We welcome on-duty service dogs and service dogs in training.
- Pets are permitted when in an approved cabin carrier only. Pets must remain in the approved carrier for the duration of the stay.
- WestJet will not be held responsible for any items lost or stolen in the lounge. Please do not leave items unattended.
- Airport baggage carts may not be brought into the lounge.
- Large baggage items and mobility assistance devices may be placed in the storage area at your own risk.
- Solicitation of any kind is not permitted while in the lounge.
- WestJet may, at its sole discretion, refuse access to, or remove guests from the Elevation Lounge if their behaviour is disruptive or in violation of the house rules above. Please be aware that your removal from the Elevation Lounge may have consequences for the continuation of your travel.
