Welcoming inviting especially Mr. Shapely will definitely be returning. From the time we arrived throughout the process of coming and going it was very easy welcoming experience.

I rarely write reviews, but felt it was important to share this experience. I had a good stay here a few years ago, which made this visit especially disappointing. We had to change rooms three times due to poor conditions, including dust, rust, and humidity, and we even found a German cockroach in the bathroom. The manager offered 50% off the resort fee, but it didn’t reflect the seriousness of the issue. Additionally, the $60 resort fee only covers two beach chairs, even for larger suites advertised for six guests. Several other issues made the stay unsatisfactory. The main pool, which was one of the primary reasons we booked this hotel, was closed for construction, a detail not disclosed at the time of booking. The smaller pool was overcrowded and poorly maintained. Had these details been communicated in advance, we would not have booked here. Overall, both the cleanliness and communication have noticeably declined. This hotel no longer reflects the quality it once had, and I wouldn’t stay here again unless major improvements are made.
