My butler Michelle needs a promotion. This is one of the best trips ever!!!!

This trip far exceeded my expectations, and my butler Michelle is the reason for my happiness. Grand Lido Michelle needs a promotion asap. My first trip to Grand Lido was on 6/26/24. I always wanted to go to Grand Lido so we did a trial run. My stay was so amazing that I rebooked for 9/7-9/10. This is all due to the amazing experience my husband and I have. Condley and Michelle were our butlers. I can honestly say I requested Michelle the second time because she made that much of an impression on us. Sometimes you go places and you meet people in the Service industry that are just doing their job. Michelle is not that person. You can get a sense that Michelle enjoys what she does. I always feel that I am more than a guest but someone she truly wants to ensure enjoys themselves. This trip Michelle made sure to decorate our door with a welcome back and surprised us one night with decorating my room. I came back completely shocked and in awe. It truly made my day. It is the attention to small details that really make the trip memorable. The food is amazing. The jerk hut at the pool bar food was outstanding. The grilled lobster, curry shrimp, jerk chicken, had me going back for seconds. Everything was so tasty. Kirk kept the drinks flowing. Please make a reservation at Dorado’s. I hope you get Sophia. She helped with the selections and the Lobster Bisque with Cognac was to die for. I was trying to get a to go bowl. It was that good. The manager at Hunters steakhouse let us come in one night right before closing. This was so amazing bc we really were having the late night foodies and he allowed us to come in with no hesitation. My trip has been so amazing that I’m trying to book again. This is how awesome Grand Lido is. Alvan, I sent kudos before. Please make sure these Kudos are received. I showed the email to Michelle I sent in August and she didn’t get it. Everyone you will not be disappointed with the impeccable service at Grand Lido, the spacious rooms, the service will not disappoint. Now please don’t be made if Michelle is not available. I’m booking her again!!!!!

We just returned from the Grand Lido resort after a 7 day stay in their swim out room. The facility is beautiful and the staff are outstanding. Our Butler Michelle and the Bartender Michael at the Ocean Point restaurant were exceptional. . Michelle catered to our every need 100% of the time. She was very upbeat and went out of her way to help us. At times she personally accompanied us to resolve any issue. She always looked on the bright side, and never caved to any negative situation. Michael our nightly bartender at Ocean Point, set an atmosphere of joy and laughter. Learning our likes and dislikes he went out of his way to offer new and exciting drinks. He really made our pre and post dinner times fun and thoroughly enjoyable. Any drink we requested was made with his own special touch. The Ocean Point restaurant was by far the best in the resort. The location and food were just outstanding. We were always greeted with a smile by the staff and most even called us by name. Because of this, our breakfast and dinners were always something we looked forward to. Kudo's for the chef and staff at the Ocean Point.
