Stayed Nov 2022 -Had the best time. Returned 2023 and sadly there had been a huge decline across the entire resort and we weren't sure we would ever return. Staying at a different resort this trip- Sept 2024 but booked short stay at Decameron whilst visiting Jamaica. We wanted to give it chance and to decide if we would teturn for a fourth time. Huge improvements at this resort. The food is better, bar fully stocked, some new sun loungers around the pool. Freshly painted cottages. Staff as wonderful as ever. Much much better service in the restaurants. Cuttlery and crockery available at all times. The Jasmine Delta restaurant is under construction due to damage from the recent hurricaine and there is still some renovation work to some of the cottages, and we understand the booze liner bar will undergo repairs too. It was closed last Nov and is still closed now. We met the manager and let him know we were impressed with the turn around and congratulated him on a job well done. Glad we booked the short stay on top of our package elsewhere. Its been worth it to see the place again and the improvements . We have decided it will still be a contender for a future visit to Jamaica.

The toilet kept backing up and fowl odor would always be in the bathroom. The a/c kept dripping, the sheets didn't fit the bed so our legs on touching the mattress. The food was salty. The bar kept running out of cups and the drinks they made were horrible.

This hotel needs some work and most staff needs training. Most staff are rude there's a few of them but not enough. Took 5 days to get bedding changed and FYI there's no mini bar, you have a fridge with 1 bottle of water on top of it and one cup was left in the fridge not even two. The security of the rooms are a joke see pictures below. The place doesn't look like the pictures posted either. The morning staff in restaurant is horrible they are rude and ignorant, the evening shift is awesome, polite and treats everyone equally. Don't be surprised if something you own goes missing. My rayban sunglasses went missing.

This is our 4th time to club caribbean and have loved it each time. 1st went for honeymoon in 96, then returned 98, 2019 , 2024. I was a little concerned about some of the reviews I read, but to be honest didn't have any problems. We went with our 2 grown up children, stayed in the huts and had interlocking rooms. All staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Food great. The only negative I found was there was not enough crockery and sometimes ran out of plates,glasses in restaurant and had to wait a short while for them to replenish, if eating late sometimes there was not a huge choice of food but always something. Snack bar was a bbq when we were there cooking chicken hot dogs,burgers and chips.There are some renovations going on in the complex which is nice to see they are updating the place. I loved the vibe there and as its a small resort, everyone friendly . All the staff work so hard and rooms were kept beautifully clean with endless supply of towels and clean sheets. I would definitely recommend this place if you like a quiter, more ethentic place to holiday. Also need to take into account its a 3 star resort so don’t expect 5 star and You will love it.

After a read a few reviews I was a bit confused if I took the right decision to have booked this resort .. and you know it was the right one!!! The hotel looks charming, the staff is very friendly giving you the real Jamaican vibe “yes man” the layout of the resort is cozy and easy to walk 2 pools 2 restaurants and the most important stunning beach. From the arrival you can see it a senior hotel however I saw a lot area looking like new, I have spoke with the staff and they were very proud to informing about all updates ongoing in the resort. Soon they will have a new restaurant. The bungalow ocean front room has an gorgeous view just a few steps from the beach The food was GOOD and the service the same every night the hotel has live show very popular.
