What a fabulous stay! Simple check-in, great hotel - we stayed in tower 1, floor 1. Our standard room was clean and spacious, for 2 adults 2 teens. Housekeeping every day! Great location with just a short walk to international drive. Shuttles regular to Universal. And we ordered ubers/lyft to Disney. Lovely cocktails at the pool bar.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We have a cheap franchise back home called Travel Logde and I’ve had better stays there. Woke up in morning by all your neighbours as walls are paper thin and we are practically sharing a room with family we don’t know because of adjoining doors!! You can hear everything! Room is very cheap too. One pillow each (just stayed at Disney budget hotel Pop Century and they are 100x better) two pillows each at Disney. Only one actual inter-grated lights at front door the rest is diy lamps you have to get out of your bed to turn off. The walls shake when anyone in rooms next to you close doors . And as a British person raging they had no Tea in rooms. And also no bedside tables we had to slide other things around room so we had bedside tables for water and phone at night. Slept like a baby at Disney and hardy slept a wink at Universal!!!! Save your money and go budget Disney Pop Century.

If you value sleep and relaxation of any kind then this isn’t the hotel for you. This hotel has bus loads of people 50 to 60 people deep checking in at all hours of the day and even into the early hours. The walls are paper thin and you can hear those in the room next to you very easily. The food at the hotel is not good, it’s a “grab and go” designed to get people in and out as quickly as possible. My room often didn’t get cleaned. The location is great for universal parks but a bit far out for the Disney parks.

Despite all of the mixed reviews we have had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and made checking in and out really easy and answered all our questions. The room was spacious and clean and was always clean when we returned back to the room at the end of the day. The shuttle to the parks was convenient there and back. The pool area was spacious and pool was a nice temp. Nearby there is an IHOP and Debbie’s both great for breakfast. There is also a 7/11 and a walgreens nearby within walking distance. Other places like wingstop and KFC are easily accessible by the lime electric scooters about a 10minute ride. As well as this UBERs are amazing and can get you anywhere. Outside of the hotel definitely visit Gatorland, The Millenia Mall and Disney springs which you can easily UBER too. Overall we had a great experience and can’t wait to return!

This is our 4th visit to this hotel. Overall it is excellent and good value for money as either a base for universal or chill by the pool. The pool area is very nice although the lifeguards are quite militant. Understandably they are all over it. Slight cons would be -the parking fee, $26 a day is beyond a rip off. -the pool gates open at 09:00 & close at 22:00 Sunday to Thursday & 23:00 Friday & Saturday. Outside of these times there is nowhere to sit outside to enjoy a drink or relax in the heat. When the lifeguards clear the pool area they also clear the bar . Surely the bar could be sectioned off to allow us to sit outside for longer ? Check in takes forever the lobby is always very busy Other than these minor points the hotel has been good for and we’ll book again I’m sure.
