Can’t fault this hotel at all. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped with a TV and mini fridge, which is always a plus. The beds were very comfy! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a great atmosphere with a nice buzz about it. There are two large pool areas, both with bars, so we had everything we needed during our stay. The complimentary transport to and from the Universal parks is an added bonus. We’ll definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Orlando ??

Bring your ear plugs. You get less than what you paid for at tis resort. 30 mins to check in. The rooms are clean and basic. So basic in fact that I am convinced the walls are made of cardboard. I can hear clearly every word from the room next door via the connecting door. Lovely couple in room the other side were obviously having a moment of passion, the kids in the room above were rolling their toys around the floor and the corridor has people up and down all day and most of the night. The food, despite what people say, is expensive for what you get. And that's luke warm bog standard stuff. I took my food back and asked if I could have something a bit hotter, she looked at me daggers, went to kitchen, came back and said I would have to wait 10 minutes, I said no worries i will have a refund, she threw my food in the bin and without a word produced, there and then, a hot meal. Again no apology just filthy looks. On the other hand the staff at reception and in particular luggage services were lovely. The hotel is huge and because it's a value hotel, full of students on school trips who are very enthusiastic. The bus service to and from the parks is very good. My recommendation is that this is a value hotel in every sense of the word. If you want something a little less frantic and noisy maybe think about a different hotel

I try not to be hyperbolic but this place is terrible. It’s not on property and not closer than any of the other unaffiliated hotels. The rooms were musty and smelled like a combo of port-a-potty and mildew. Our toilet regularly wouldn’t flush and had to take the top off and mess with the flapper. We could hear everything in the room above, from footsteps to crying kids and parents yelling at them, even late into the night. The hotel’s issue is the clear lack of insulation or soundproofing between the floors. Our AC unit made horrible banging noises all night. Too exhausted at the end of days to switch rooms so just felt with it. Probably a mistake. The food is disgusting and expensive. It’s hard to believe the food inside the park is way better and a better value. The staff had no clue to the most basic questions. Check in is a mess, not nearly enough staff to get it done. Housekeeping didn’t show up until almost 4 pm when we were trying to cool down and rest after a day at the park. We left before 9 am. Beds are uncomfortable, hot water only warm despite turned all the way to hot. I am currently nauseated with the smell of this room as I lay here writing this but it’s our last night and I don’t have the energy to pack up to ask for a room change, and I shouldn’t have to. It’s called the hospitality industry for a reason. This was not hospitable. Can’t wait to leave tomorrow. Park was so much fun but this hotel a total bummer. Not even a deal. Just don’t stay here. My family of four had a really great stay. My boys loved the pool, though it couldve been a bit warmer. The food was great at the market. Our room was nice, though the walls are super thin and could hear our neighbours having a full conversation in the bathroom almost as if they were in our room. We were on the second floor, which we didnt mind, as we often just took the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator. Shuttle buses were great and on time. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel was EXCELLENT in all ways. The customer service was great and the food court was excellent with delicious food and the personal were very kind all the time. The shuttles to citywalk and the theme parks are great and very convenient. I would Recommend it definitively and I will go back there again in the future.
