Great front desk support! However, on the lower floors of the hotel, attention to cleanliness was sadly missed. Things like mold and mildew in the showers on the clothesline in the shower and water leaking into the toilet area leaving a large puddle after showering. Also fingerprints and smudges on the headboards and doors were Very noticeable. This was something that we brought to the attention of the staff/management and it was attended to immediately, but it took several hours over two days to take care of . eventually we were moved to a higher floor where renovations had already taken place, but they were challenges there too. Overall, I really appreciate the attention of management to rectify these issues but greater attention to housekeeping quality is needed.

We visited the Westin for business and met nilka by the pool. She is an excellent worker and made us feel like we were the only guests! Wonderful!!

Hotel & elevators & service not the best. Restaurants not good EXCEPT the amazing Tierra y Fuego which was outstanding! Maid service is outstanding - even resolved issue with coffee maker not working - that front desk could not resolve after 2 days and multiple requests.

Highly recommend for couples, business and families. Spacious, clean, amazing amenities and exceptional staff make the stay wonderful. This resort has everything you need. It is located on northwest side of Panama City across the only bridge in the area so commuting outside of resort takes time which you must account for. Loved the pool. Beach is quiet and clean...very fine dark grey sand with very shallow water 5 to 10 meters out. Water is dark turbid brown in color which is very normal for this area of Panamá.

The experience was fantastic, food was excellent and service was exceptional. We enjoyed multiple appetizers and had the scallops and filet. All was cooked to perfection.
