This property is exactly what we've come to expect from nearly all Hyatt Regency properties: upscale, great service, attractive and comfortable rooms, convenient location. Traveling with a toddler, we booked a one-bedroom suite that was on the top floor of the hotel. Having the bathroom inside the bedroom was particularly nice, not having to wake our kid for bathroom use overnight. Hotel was walking distance to much of what we wanted to see, and a relatively short drive to everything else. We particularly want to acknowledge Benjamin at the front desk, who was immensely helpful and a gentleman. He is truly an asset to the Hyatt brand and this property's team. We also want to acknowledge Ermalyn in the property's Andare restaurant, who was great and so kind.

You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Good location and well maintained. Room was spacious and well equipped with large flatscreen and automatic footlights at night.

We drove down from Vancouver British Columbia. When we arrived, we were told that there was no parking and there was no valet parking offered, which was very stressful as we wanted to get on with our evening and get to our room.
