Lovely location for Disney experience. Not over ‘Disneyfied’. Very relaxing ??. A nice walk around the Boardwalk in the morning before breakfast is very enjoyable. Easy access to Epcot… walking distance. Boat transport available to Hollywood studios. The Disney Skyliner is lovely to ride from this location.

My brother and I stayed at Disney Boardwalk Inn following our Disney cruise. We loved this hotel. The staff were very welcoming! Anita checked us in. She was friendly and professional. We were on the third floor facing the garden. There was a balcony that overlooked nature and the gondolas that went from hotel to parks. We could see the fireworks at night. Part of them were obscured by the tree tops but overall we saw the big ones. We noticed that staff would greet us with “welcome home” which made for a warm family feeling. We walked on the boardwalk at night. We ate food from the Deli and from the pizzeria which was fresh. The Mickey cinnamon buns were my favorite. We had margaritas and Mickey pretzels too! On Sunday morning Pluto, Donald and Goofy paid a visit to the lobby and I had my picture taken with Goofy. We mostly sat on our balcony when we weren’t at Epcot or Disney Springs. Our room was very clean and spacious! Housekeeping came every day. It was a wonderful peaceful experience where we were treated with respect and kindness throughout! We highly recommend this hotel for its convenience to Epcot and amenities! Thank you DisneyBoardwalk Inn for the perfect end to our vacation.
Great hotel.

We loved the Boardwalk. We had a Garden View Room and it was so peaceful. Room are renovated and nice. No problems walking to Epcot and Hollywood. No problems with buses to Disney Springs, Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. The bus line is shared with Yacht Club, Beach Club and Swan and Dolphin which isn't too bad. The Boardwalk has places to eat and nighttime fun. Pool was great. Would come back for sure.
Could be 5 Star with few improvements

We spent the weekend at Boardwalk Inn with family in April and overall it was a good experience. The staff was great, from check-in, valet, housekeeping, etc. We found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. The club level was really nice. They had good food throughout the day and it was very clean and well looked after. The pool needs to be remodeled. It is cramped with little shade and hard to find a place to sit. The food served by the pool is terrible and the cocktails not much better. Disney also needs to bring back room service to their properties. It is ridiculous to spend 10-12 hours at the parks, and not be able to relax and eat in your room.
Excellent Stay At The Club Level.

Great pick for our family of four ages 10-50. We stayed in a deluxe club level room. We visited the parks 4 out of 5 days. Location cannot be beat. We had breakfast at the club every morning and dinner 4 out of 5 nights. What they call their appetizer service makes a wonderful dinner. And we stocked up on snacks to take to the parks everyday. The room was very clean and service excellent. The club level staff helped us plan out every day. The quiet pool was a delight Helpful hint — the cellphone room key often does t work so the staff made sure we got a key card. The boardwalk facing rooms get noise from the commerce on the boardwalk until 11. As light sleepers we wished we gotten a resort facing room which would have meant a smaller room.
