Jhenny and Icolyn are excellent roomattendants! They always greet me with a smile and do a very good job! They always talk to me and ask me if i need anything else! The suite I am staying in has a wonderful ocean view and is very beautiful. The room has everything I need!

Great hotel! The service was excellent and the prices for drinks and food were very reasonably priced. Usually hotels have ridiculous prices when you’re traveling but I found the prices here very similar to what I would pay in the US. The food portions were huge and the service was excellent. Our server Rianne actually remembered our drink options and our sons name and greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile. The bar gets pretty busy, especially during happy hour and I find it odd that both times we ordered ice cream they did not have any spoons. Overall the entire staff was fantastic! We really enjoyed ourselves on the private island and it was convenient that we were able to charge food and drinks to our room at the hotel. Our ocean view suite was modern, spacious and comfortable. The televisions could have been a little bigger but that wasn’t a huge deal since we spent most of our time outdoors. It was nice that it was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator because we had leftovers since the portions served were so large. There wasn’t much to do in the evening with a small child but there definitely seemed to be a lot of nightlife spots if you are going as a couple or with friends. There is a movie theater that is within walking distance of the hotel that had a couple of children’s movies that we were able to take advantage of. I found that the prices there were very reasonable as well. The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was about $20 and they accept cash and credit cards. You don’t need to bring an adapter for the outlets because they are the same as in the US. Verizon service does not work on the island but AT&T does. They do have Wi-Fi throughout the resort which was convenient. Housekeeping staff and Bellman were wonderful and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

I stayed here from 10-22-19 to 11-1-19 our friends have never been to Aruba and they stayed 7 nights. I was disappointed in the rooms need updated bad, the shower leaked all over the floor in both rooms I guess it is how they where put in. We had no hot water the first 2 nights, The boat to take you over to the Island was not running because of construction ( which no one advised me of) the ice machine broke finally they fixed it after 3 days of being here. Refrigerator did not work. They kept leaving water in the room which we where charged 4.50 a bottle at the end of trip. I only used 1 bottle for CPAP machine. I advised that our friends 40th anniversary this is why we went to Aruba and they did nothing for them. I spoke to front desk and they said we do not do anything :( I find hard to believe, I have been an agent for over 20 years they will usually do something. Went to set up our transfers and the lady basically argued with my friends and said 24 hrs before they leave to set up, but the transfer company said to set up 24 hours after we arrived. The Aquarius is VERY expensive for the buffet, we did not go all inclusive because we wanted to try other restaurants, this is our 2nd trip to Aruba. and compared to other restaurants this one was way out of line compared to the others. I'm not sure I will refer any of my future clients to the Renaissance!

We spent one night here prior to heading down to our time share stay on Eagle beach. My only regret is I wished we stayed 2 more nights. This hotel rocks. It has such a great vib and lots of action during the happy hour at the hotel. One of the best happy hours around. All drinks 1/2 price. Appetizers at the bar were outstanding. We had the tuna sushi roll which was delicious and the pot stickers which were also great. The rooms in the hotel are modern and seems to be recently remodeled. Was nice to have the options of going to the beach across the street or to Renaissance Island. The Island is a very special experience. They bring your there by boat...10 minute ride...drop you off and there are 2 beaches there. One of the beaches has the famous flamingos which are very tame and love to be fed. They have paddle boards, floats, snorkeling equipment, and kayaks there free of charge. There’s a dining area there which is also very attractive. I believe the island closes at 6:30. The boats ferry people over and back all day long. The other beach which is by the timeshares is also very nice with a protected cove that would be perfect for children. It’s not crowded and it also, has a beach bar there. Being downtown there are many options for eating. You can walk safely around the downtown area, there also,is shopping in the higher end stores if that’s your thing. The only negative thing about the property on the island is during the day you will hear the airplanes since it’s so close to the airport.

Twice a year timeshare always happy Timeshare owner

I have been wanting to write a review for a while. Just got back from a Two week stay and will return in March. The reason why we always come back is THE PEOPLE that work there. We do love all the changes being made very excited to see what is to come! But there are a few outstanding people I would like to mention. Ceasar is who you first see on arrival and every day after. He is so friendly, helpful, and remembers all about you and your family. We look forward to his greetings every year. Petronila at the towel house is just a one of a kind , sweetest, loving and always smiling great person. handing out towels is her job but she hands us a smile and a warm loving feeling everyday we are there. Yulirco goes above and beyond to make sure our room is clean and she also goes the extra mile to make you happy. Gregory at the private island A+ he does a great job! We love everyone there but a special THANK YOU to these outstanding members of your resort. See you all in March:)
