On our last night at Cozumel Palace we enjoyed a candlelight dinner on the beach area while being serenaded by our private violinist, Baldo as we watched the sunset. Every course of dinner was exceptional as was the service from Alexander & Carolina. This was a night to remember ??

We had the best time at the Palace! The food was great! The rooms were nice with the best views! The entertainment staff was so FUN! Charlie the leader of the crew was always a fun time! David, Moses and Dianne were fabulous! Jairo and Alan really hustled and their service was always awesome!! Javier was an exceptional bartender! Our entire trip with friends was a blast and we can’t wait to book another week! We really enjoy the smaller boutique palace resorts!

Usually, all-inclusive places are meh, but Cozumel Palace was a pleasant surprise. It was an exception from all the places we stayed before that were all-inclusive. Food was good, rooms were clean, and they had our favorite drinks. Staff were super friendly, especially Miguel. Can't wait to go back!

I've been to other Palace resorts, but the others don't come close to this one. What the resort lacks in terms of "extras" like a games room and Flo rider, it more than makes up for with personal service and amazing staff. I've never been at a resort that has such a family vibe. By the time you leave, you feel like you are saying goodbye to friends and family - including other guests who pick up on that vibe. I have to give a shout out to a few staff that really stood out - my apologies to those I have forgotten the names of. Salma, the hostess at the buffet, went out of her way to arrange for a special order of gluten-free cheese buns that my daughter absolutely loved! Erica - hostess at Momo, equally went out of her way to help. Rocio - one of the servers at breakfast, remembered our morning drink order and had it ready for us in a jiffy after we sat down. Alan - the drink server in the pool area/sandy area, was always cheerful, friendly and willing to get whatever we needed. When my daughter sat inside to escape the sun, Alan made sure she was taken care of. Gabriel - a favourite server, always had a smile on his face and a laid-back "no problem" attitude We also loved the piano player, Alan. Our times listening to him play while the guests belted out the lyrics to the popular tunes he was playing are some of favourite memories. The dive staff: Vanessa did the instruction for my son's certification. We couldn't have asked for a better instructor - so kind, patient and knowledgable. Mariano - he was our private dive master on my son's first open water dive - agan, couldn't have imagined a better person to accompany us. He's done over 30,000 dives and he knows where to find everything!! We celebrated my son's 13th birthday there on our last night and ALL the staff at the restaurant gathered. My son was grinning from ear to ear. What a precious memory. Thank you to all the staff at Palace - I can't think of one person we had a bad experience with - you are wonderful!

We just returned from visiting Cozumel Palace. The grounds and hotel is smaller of all inclusive resorts I’ve visited. It was very clean. I have to especially mention the room cleaning staff. I think Alfredo was the manager. They were excellent. Also we have to mention Leslie and Diane at the kids club. They were so great! Both our girls cried when we left. I mean, that’s something. I observed them a few times and all the staff was incredible but happened we saw more of Diane and Leslie. The other gal was great too. Very patient. There was a kid that certainly seemed to push the boundaries and they all handled him well and with respect and care. I took a star off for food. The menus were good and most meals were good but it wasn’t as good as other all inclusive resorts I’ve been to. I’ll admit I’m a little more picky than most. The room service was not good. Soggy wings, over dressed salad and cold. It’s room service and truthfully, it’s prob best reserved for nights and mornings you’ve over indulged; when you’re less apt to care. Orange juice was not juice but orange drink like tang. The mango was so good but wasn’t out often and it seemed it wasn’t refreshed when it was out. The bar staff and pool wait staff were great. Perla was so kind and recommended some good drink options. The spa staff was nice. Maury and (oh gosh I forget her name - traditional name) were amazing! We were located at the south west part of the property and the elevators were far. We got a tip to use the service staircase and did but it felt like an imposition - not because the staff, but because I’m a rule follower. All staff was so friendly and hospitable. Shout out to entertainment staff. Very entertaining and good for families. Fernando was funny.
