Kiran at Orso, the best!

Unbelievable service! Kiran at Orso was so fantastic! Top notch service and treated our family to one of the best meals we have ever had! A++ terrific evening all around! Our meal was fantastic, the service was amazing we had such a wonderful time we were so lucky to have experience this!
We did enjoy our stay, and will go again off-season

Rooms are nice but overpriced, need to be cleaned better. Wouldn’t eat at the hotel food prices outrageous $35 for chicken fingers and fries really wow. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub they were very nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will stay again here but will go to town to eat there are some nice restaurants in town that aren’t outrageously priced.

The place was more than just memorable. We got an amazing experience at fairmontjpl as the staffs were professional and our puppies were well treated. We had a wondrous surprise in the room, with cookies, champagne, red wine, bed decorations and surprises for the dogs. Fairmont does help out if you need your fur babies to stay at the dog day care. Also, the swimming pool was amazing as it was heated and had a scenic view. It is like a dream come true and also, last but not least, the food was perfect! I would highly recommend this amazing hotel and I will definitely be back soon!
Cosy mountain accommodation with great staff

Stunning main lodge with suitably rustic cabin accommodation that is warm, comfortable and a pleasure to wake up in. All staff at the resort were amazing but special shout out to Tejas on front desk who went above and beyond to help me with my complicated booking. He was kind, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Also to Robyn on front reception - a wealth of knowledge, super helpful, and also a dream to deal with. Thanks for a fabulous stay!!

We stay at Fairmont properties most often when travelling, and we have grown to expect a level of customer service and product next to none. Our experience in Jasper started off on a terrible note. Upon arrival at our room we were greeted with dozens of linen bags blocking part of the walkway into our room. Our room keys did not work, so we got back into our car and drive to the main lodge. The gentleman who checked us in re-programmed the cards and we drive back to the room. However, the key cards did not work for a second time, so off we went to the main lodge. Third attempt, with newly programmed keys did not work so we called the front desk and were instructed to wait for a maintenance crew to arrive. We waited for a few minutes and were finally able to enter the room. Unfortunately, the seam between the carpet and the foyer tile in the room was frayed and loose carpet threads were showing. When the front desk called to ensure we made it into the suite, we told them about our concerns and were thankfully moved to a room in good repair, free from housekeeping bags. The next morning we had brunch at Orso and dinner later that evening. Our meals were outstanding and what we have grown to expect in terms of quality, freshness and customer service.
