First, I'd like to start with the staff at this hotel. All staff were professional, friendly, accommodating, and prompt. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I received the same warm welcome each time I visited. The hotel is conveniently located one block from the beach, is directly across from the zoo, and is surrounded with beach, dining, drink, and entertainment options. My room was modern, clean, and most importantly - comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The Queen Kapiolani celebrated Aloha from the moment I arrived until the moment I left after my recent 2 week stay. The service and guest experience was exceptional in every way. Len greeted this tired and jet lagged guest with warmth, giving me an access key for the facilities and the wifi code so I could get into holiday mode precheck in. That set the tone for all of my wonderful encounters with the amazing team at the Queen K. Thank you to Kimberly for arranging an exceptional rate and a wonderful room on the highest floor and of course for the Deck voucher to celebrate the last day of my trip, amazing! I am truly grateful. Theresa, thank you making my stay feel like home. Your warmth and sincerity enrich an already wonderful experience. Did I mention Theresa repaired my suitcase that had been damaged at the airport! That is going above and beyond, thank you. Our stay was amazing!!! Front desk gave excellent customer service and valet crew was fast. The rooms were clean and beds are super comfy. Queen Kapiolani hotel is very convenient and right in the heart of Waikiki. If you need to catch a Lyft or Uber the pick up is steps away from the lobby. I travelled with my 85 year old dad and he had no problem moving around this hotel.

Unbelievable view. Had a large room with a balcony. Coffee and tea in the room. Perfectly situated away from the crowds of Waikiki. Short walk to the beach. Great gym. Really friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again when next in Honolulu.
