Very good customer service, everyone was accommodating. Hernan, Judith and Carmen at the lobby bar were very welcoming and always with a smile. The Gracias! The rooms are very cleaned and spacious. Highly recommended!

We selected Barcelo because they had an incredible non-refundable rate - the resort, while a bit older, was immaculately clean, the staff was very vigilant on hand sanitizer and cleanliness, our room (premium ocean view) was beautiful - to hear the waves crashing on the beach every night amazing! - and the food was delicious, which I didn't expect at an all inclusive. Only complaints - the wine that is included was terrible, but there are bottles available to purchase; also, the walls are a bit thin and our neighbors were a bit loud. Resort is on beautiful, calm Tortalunga beach, they have kayaks, SUP and small Hobie cats you can take out. It isn't a 5 star resort but I was very impressed, great value. Highly recommend.

Everything was really nice!! Staff is amazing and very safe and caring. Attention to detail and sanitation was great, felt very safe. The view in the morning is everything, rooms are cleans and feel very relaxing.
We will be back!

We are sad to say that our vacation at the Barcelo in Huatulco, MX must come to an end. We had a great stay and we can't say enough about our accommodations. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the resort provides many water activities that we enjoyed. The staff was outstanding. A shout out to Ivan for making sure each guest is satisfied and taking the time to listen to guest concerns. We were impressed with the precautions they are taking with COVID-19. At all hours staff were seen cleaning and disinfecting common areas. We were somewhat disappointed with the selection of restaurants that were open, but with the two buffets and the Italian and Mexican specialty restaurants, we did not go hungry. We would recommend this resort as a place to go.

Great vacation! People were so nice! Great for a family! Would come back with just friends too! Son and I finally found time to play tennis. Great work out room!! Kids loved the swim bar. Even the sailing and paddle boating were included!!
